3 The Need Academia equips graduates with fundamental knowledge & lab level practical experience Industry requires certain domain specific core competencies before an employee is deemed productive These core competencies are usually developed on the job over a period of 1 to 2 years of employment Potential employees pre-equipped with these core competencies are more attractive for hire, as they are more productive, incur less wastage and incur less training costs for employers.

9 Entry Requirements Qualification Undergraduate in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or equivalent or Undergraduate in IT or equivalent Studying Year 3 or Year 4 with a minimum of GPA 2.75 and above Malaysian Strong English skills for both written and verbal Highly motivated and self-disciplined
