3 Elements report The tests tken were Verbl, Numericl nd Logicl Elements. All of these tests re "dynmic" (or "dptive"). Dynmic (or Adptive) tests dpt themselves to the nswers tht re given. Bsiclly, if someone gives correct nswer, they re moved on to more difficult question, nd ech time they give n incorrect nswer (or fil to nswer within the time limit) they re moved to slightly esier question. In this wy the test is ble to "home in" on the person's bility level nd focus itself ppropritely. This lso mens tht people do not hve to wste time nswering questions which would be too esy for them, nor on questions tht would be too difficult for them. Dynmic testing enbles us to pinpoint person's probble level more quickly thn is the cse with conventionl tests, where ll those who tke the test get the sme questions.
