You are kindly requested to allow this. In order to ensure that only highly qualified and professional vendors are able to submit their bids in response to this RFP, we would request that only the bidders with high financial standing be eligible for this RFP. We would therefore request CGDA to revise the minimum turnover "criteria as: "Must have an average turnover of atleast 10 Crore for the last two years (2011 and 2012) from IT Audit and Security Audit". Ltd., Chennai We request that such delays should exclude situations which are force majeure for the successful bidder In order to determine the reasons and responsibility for any such delays, we request that an arbitration panel be constituted consisting of 3 representatives; one each from CGDA and the Vendor, and a third person selected with the mutual agreement of the two representatives. As seen in several other Government of India projects, it is requested that a 10% mobilization advance be given to the Consultants against the Performance Guarantee. This would enable the consultant to mobilize the requisite team in a more efficient manner.

Ltd., Chennai While we understand the need for including an indemnity clause on the RFP, we would request that indemnity clause should only be affected in case of willful misconduct, fraud or negligence solely attributable to the Vendor. We therefore request that this clause be reworded as follows: "The Vendor shall indemnify any loss or damage the CGDA might suffer except in cases of fraud negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Vendor or on the part of any person or firm acting on behalf of the Vendor in carrying out the Services. The Vendor's liability, with respect to damage caused to CGDA's property or resulting losses or damages suffered by CGDA, shall be not include the liability towards CGDA for any indirect or consequential loss or damage." We understand that a bid security of Rs. 10,000 has been asked. Please clarify if there is any tender fee to be paid by the vendor, apart from the above stated bid security. No fee for Tender has been prescribed. The bid security of all unsuccessful tender will be returned by the purchaser within 45 days, after evaluation of bids. The bid security of the successful bidder will be returned after submission of Contract performance guarantee Bond as required.

In order for us to better estimate the time and effort required to conduct the assignment, kindly provide us the following details: Approximate number of pages / menus in the application Number of unique roles in the application (Administrator, User, supervisor, etc.) List high level functional modules in the application Please clarify whether we need to review application running in each instance (45 application instances) or just one application Contract conditions same as mentioned in RFP.
