We, at HR-Y, are specialists in recruiting for executive positions and highly professional experts in German-speaking countries, and in their subsidiaries in China and India. 4 Roland Dorn Managing Director Roland Dorn is Managing Director at HR-Y GmbH Human Resources Consulting and responsible for all operational businesses of the, in February 2017, newly founded company. After completing his apprenticeship as real estate broker, Roland Dorn started to study business administration with focus on human resources management in Nuremberg and further on he finished University Stuttgart/Esslingen with a degree in business education with focus on personnel development. Afterwards he started his career as human resources manager at ZF/TRW and Framatome Connectors International (FCI today known as FCI Amphenol or Delphi International). As Senior Vice President Human Resources Management he took responsibility, for nearly 20 years, over the HR management of the Division Wire and Cable Solutions at Leoni AG. One focal point of his activities was the internationalization and the recruiting of ManagementPositions in China, India, North America and Europe.
