DQS reserves the right to reject any registration from all interested parties due to conflict of interest and any other reasons deemed fit by DQS. 2. DQS reserve the right to postpone the Public training course due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. trainer illness). 3. DQS reserve the right to arrange trainer based on trainer availability. 4. Issuance of Certificates of Attendance of DQS is upon the full payment of amount due and the full participation of the trainings. DQS trainer reserves the right not to issue the Certificate of Attendance to the trainee and decision of the DQS trainer is final. 5.
