Design for manufacturing In cooperation with the customer, offering engineering solutions to improve the final product and identify opportunities to reduce materials, manufacturing and tests costs. 2. Materials purchase and logistics management This constitutes added value to our range of services, providing in-depth knowledge of the sector, the manufacturers, and supply networks, and also the market evolution and cost-savings. 3. Preseries preparation We prepare first series with a view to assessing, correcting and improving the product according to the premises established, proceeding to the qualification of lines and systems before mass production

Manufacture of electronic boards Fagor Electrónica offers a wide range of possibilities including assembly of complex printed circuits, with diverse assembly and soldering technologies. Automatic assembly: surface mount (SMT), Trough Hole (PTH), and mixed. Soldering technologies: Reflow, Selective, wave, Hotbar, Test, in line SPI, AOI, ICT, and offline systems ICT, FCT-EOL developed accordingly with customer specifications and needs. 5. Testing and final inspection Artificial vision systems SPI and AOI, test in circuit and functional test, to ensure zero-defects on the client, with Full probe test data and verification management before packing the product for the customer. 6. Reliability An advanced components laboratory with burn-in facilities, climatic chambers for humidity and temperature, thermal shock and cycling, enables us to guarantee excellent reliability for our whole production.

We manufacture electronic circuits for power windows, consoles, switches, control knobs, ambient lighting and ceiling for a wide range of vehicles. Telecommunications We have an extensive experience in design, development and manufacture of equipment for the distribution of telecommunications infrastructure in buildings and homes. 7 PRODUCTOS Submontaje electrónico y producto final White Goods We manufacture electronic products for various applications such as: touch controls for induction hobs and/or glass ceramic hobs, power controls for induction cookers, electronic controls for washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, electronic gas hobs, refrigerators,... Green energies The ongoing commitment of the company to the environment has led us to collaborate with various companies in the manufacture of electronic products for this sector, mainly PV and solar thermal. Aeronautics Since the aviation sector is increasing the need for electronic innovations and sensing circuits, the need of inverters has increased. Fagor Electrónica has a wide range of inverters (DC-AC) suitable for the aeronautical sector.

8 TECHNOLOGIES Technologies for electronics manufacturing (PCA/PCBA) In Fagor Electrónica we provide development capacity, advanced production processes, flexibility and highly qualified personal. We have different manufacturing technologies such as: Lead free solder reflow, and tin-lead reflow. Surface Mount Technology SMT components up to 150 mm and 55x55x25 mm. Formats and technologies: Chip, MELF, Tant Cap, SOIC, TSOP, DPAK, QFP, BGA, QFN, PLCC, CSP, Electrolytic Cap, Connectors, CCGA, Odd Form, Pin-in-Paste. Reflow assembly two sides and single side. Automatic insertion of components with axial and radial terminals (TH). Mixed Assembly: SMT (reflow) + TH, and TH + SMT (adhesive) with automatic lines. Wave soldering in an inert atmosphere, with carriers design for selective action. Selective soldering. Solder reflow-hotbar. ICT (In Circuit Test), flash memory programming, multiwriter to 55 microcontrollers in a single cycle. Functional test and End Of Line test (FCT and EOL) made to fit the product requirements and its production volume.

9 QUALITY Towards total quality The commitment to a new way of doing The starting point of the path towards Total Quality gets its first milestone in 1993 with ISO 9001 Quality Certificate. Since 1995, Fagor Electrónica takes the European EFQM Model Management, which was recognized in 1998 with the Silver Q award for Business Excellence. Fagor Electrónica s production plants (Spain and Thailand), have the ISO / TS certificate for the automotive sector. Also, its production plants are approved by leading manufacturers and TIER 1 of this sector. The sensitivity for the environment is also a company value, that extends well offering even more quality at all levels. In 2002 the Mondragón plant got the ISO certification in 2002 and later, in 2014, Thailand. It is a commitment to a new way of understanding business enterprise. 10 Fagor Electrónica s have been manufacturing and marketing electronic components since It is based in Mondragón, Spain, and also has a production plant in Chachoengsao, Thailand, to supply various markets. We employ a total of over 500 people at these two centres. We also form part of the MONDRAGON Corporation, the seventh largest business association in Spain and a global reference point for cooperativism.
