1 STOCKHOLDING DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) - SDMSL/RFP/RMS/013 FOR PROCUREMENT OF UNIVERSAL DESIGN CORRUGATED BOXES RMS Stock Holding Document Management Services Limited (formerly known as SHCIL Projects Limited) (CIN U74140MH2006GOI163728), a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at SHCIL House, P-51, T T C Industrial Area, MIDC, Mahape, Navi Mumbai intends to procure Universal Design Corrugated Boxes - RMS for Stock Holding Dms Pan India Branch Locations. Stock Holding Document Management Services Limited invites sealed tenders in two bid system i.e. Technical and Commercial from established and experienced dealers / manufacturers, for supply of Corrugated Boxes. 1. Last date for submission of bids: 16 th Feb 2017 by 1700 Hrs. 2. Date & Time of Opening of Technical Bid 17 th FEb 2017 at 1500 Hrs 3. Place of Opening of Bid Stock Holding Document Management Services, P - 51, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Mahape Supply Location Stock holding DMS Pan India Branches The detailed specification of the desired product is placed at Annexure A. The dealers / manufacturers are to strictly confirm to the specifications as set out and placed at the Annexure. The Tender documents shall be submitted in two cover system i.e. Technical & Commercial. The Technical cover shall be opened on 17 th Feb 2017, by the Designated committee of Stock Holding. Commercial bids shall be opened only in respect of technically qualified bidders who shall be notified after evaluation and scrutinisation of technical bids. Tenderers must furnish per unit cost i.e. cost per Box. First sealed covered should contain Technical bid and shall be superscripted as Technical Bid for Supply of Universal Design Corrugated Boxes RMS-013.

2 Second sealed cover should contain the Commercials and shall be superscripted as Commercial Bid for Supply of Universal Design Corrugated Boxes RMS-013 The quotes shall bear all the relevant details such as contact number, address, registration details etc., of the supplier and shall also be accompanied with a copy of PAN Card and the address proof. 3 ANNEXURE A SDMSL/RFP/RMS/013 TECHNICAL DETAILS 1. REQUIREMENT: Quotations in two bid format i.e. technical and commercial are being invited for Supply of Universal Design Corrugated Boxes RMS as per details given below for Stockholding Dms Pan India Branch Locations. 2. MATERIAL Specification: Description 16" *12" *13.5" ( inch) O.D, ALL 180/28-05 PLY, ( UNIVERSAL DESINE BOXES - SINGLE COLOUR PRINTING FRONT & BACK AND LITTLE VARNISH ) 3. COLOUR:- Brown colour Box 4. QUANTITY in Units: Total: 25,000/ per year To be ordered Lot wise.

4 TERMS & CONDITIONS : i. Rates shall be quoted on per unit basis and shall be all exclusive, however, all taxes and levies applicable at the time of tendering shall be indicated separately and there shall be no over-writing. ii. Sales Tax Registration/ Service Tax number should be given. iii. Excise duty registration & circle number to be given ( If Applicable ). iv. Pan card copy should accompany the quotes. v. Transportation,Loading & Unloading,Transit Insurance,Octroi, Possitive Art Work,Die, Route Permit charges (if any) to be indicated and included. Delivery at site shall be the responsibility of the tenderer and the rates quoted for the same shall be all inclusive Except All Taxes. vi. Delivery Period should be within 07 days from date of receipt of Purchase Order. However in special circumstances and at the sole discretion of Stock Holding Document Management Services Limited (formerly known as SHCIL Projects Limited), the delivery period may be extended. Penalty of 01% per week subject to a maximum of 5% of the PO value shall be charged for any delay. vii. viii. Validity of the quote should be 120 days from the date of submission of tenders. Full payment shall be made only 30 days after delivery of Material against Invoice and acceptance by Stock Holding Document Management Services Limited. ix. Products shall be guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of at least twelve months from the date of Dispatch and handing over.
