Our advanced formulation has the same hazard rating as water which means our products are much milder than alcohol-based products and do not have unpleasant harsh odours - as is often the case with many other cleaning / disinfection products. How has VERIFY+ been tested? VERIFY+ has been independently tested and is proven to be anti-viral, anti-bacterial and fungicidal, meeting or exceeding the requirements of European Test Standards, EN1276, EN 1650 and EN Does VERIFY+ damage surfaces? No. Even fabrics, leather, plastics and wood can all safely be treated with VERIFY+ cleaning & disinfectant products. Conversely, disinfectants like bleach, alcohol, acid or solvent based solutions all cause long term damage through a process called micro-cracking which not only reduces the working life of the asset but creates the perfect environment for harmful micro-organisms. Why is being alcohol free important? Alcohol can cause damage to expensive equipment such as dental chairs and also introduces COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) risks into a dental practice.
