2 The system is designed and developed by the National Informatics Centre, Rajasthan. It helps in the online tracking of pregnant women & children and monitoring of the health services provided to the beneficiaries, it is referred as PCTS (Pregnancy, Child Tracking and Health Services Management System). Nearly units are reporting the data on the system on regular monthly basis

3 Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services Management System PCTS was launched on 15th Sept First State in India to launch such system. Computer based system to facilitate t reliable and cost effective mechanism for better decision making, monitoring, planning and implementation of effective health service delivery. PCTS is an integrated software where master data, monthly reporting (HMIS), name base tracking (MCTS) and sending SMS to ANM and beneficiary are being done Mapped all public health facilities (more than 17000) with village & 4326 ward of urban area with covered population Management of all health facilities i.e. district, block, CHCs, PHCs & sub Centers with villages Continue

4 Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services Management System All the reporting and line listing formats made available on-line as per the HMIS and MCTS formats (GoI) Important tool to monitoring, reviewing and analyzing the monthly data and line listing Already many important report are available on the system i.e. ANC, delivery, live birth, immunization, sterilization, missing delivery, immunization and ANC & PNC services, evaluation and appraisal card etc. with export facility in excel format PHCs are already equipped with computer and net connectivity and uploading reporting monthly progress (HMIS) and line listing (MCTS) data in the prescribed formats. 6 MAIN COMPONENTS OF PCTS SYSTEM: MASTER DATA Health Facility Master: y Detailed information of all health facilities Sub- Center, PHC, CHC, SDH, DH & Medical Colleges etc. Details of MoIC, In-charge CHC, SDH, DH, ASHA, ANM, etc. with name, contact numbers & date of posting at institution. Details of census code, AC and PC code, longitude, latitude, covered area, population served by the concern health facility, eligible couples etc. are available Creation of any new health facility, their up-gradation and shifting are also being done in this section Separate reporting format for private institutions made available on-line on the system Ward creation facility for urban areas have been made available ASHAs are linked with Anganwari, Hyper linked facility which goes up to initiation level of the data

7 MAIN COMPONENTS OF PCTS SYSTEM: MASTER DATA In Health Facility Master the important report are available: State at a Glance District wise details Facilities unit code list Block wise units and details List of Sub-Centers/PHC/CHC/SDH/DH and Medical Collages District wise wards, villages and Sub- center with number of villages Incorrect census code ANM and ASHA details i.e. Verification/Qualification/Bank account number, Aadhar ID etc. Master data of ASHAs linked with ASHA Soft for their online payment for incentives

10 MAIN COMPONENTS OF PCTS SYSTEM: By name tracking of Pregnancy & Children ANC registration format in binding, made available as per the application columns to enter the data in sequence Online tracking of all pregnant women & children presently in rural area and now started upto CHC and SDH level Tracking of every registered pregnant women and child by name upto safe delivery and immunization A unique global facility have been provided on system, if a women and child registered & moves to another location and gets health services these availed services can be updated from the new location, resulting the gap between reporting and line listing will reduce Re-registration facility, which provides the complete details of earlier registered case, there is noneed to re-enter the initial details Continue

11 MAIN COMPONENTS OF PCTS SYSTEM: Through ANM work plan all the health services ANC, Delivery, PNC can be ensured and their details are being updated, available cases for sterilization can be traced easily PCTS Id is assigned to every pregnant women and child separately Listing of left out & drop outs ANC, Delivery, PNC, immunization Due list of ANC, delivery & immunization. Integration with Aadhar Card with account number for JSY benefit, ANMs and ASHA for their other payments Swasthya Sandesh Sewa (SMS Alerts to Beneficiary and ANM) The name based line listed data/ service deliveryer are being updated on PCTS, there is no need to update these details on ASHA Soft for ASHA incentives.

37 HMIS-REPORTING SYSTEM HMIS and MCTS are MoHFW, GoI s web-portal for reporting and line listing respectively. Rajasthan has its own integrated software PCTS for all types of reporting and line listing. GoI started facility based online reporting in District consolidated data were uploaded on HMIS at district level since % facility based monthly data are being uploaded at block level on HMIS since October-2012.

38 HMIS-Reporting System After freezing monthly data on PCTS on 10 th of every month, facility wise monthly data uploaded from PCTS to HMIS both online & offline mode. Quality of Data-Validation error & outliers are checked at every stage- block, district and state level and district wise consolidated data forwarded togoiby 25 th of every month. Facility wise line-listing of all type of death started from April Infrastructure report of all health institutions uploaded for & GIS- Uploaded latitude & longitude of all health institutions.
