1 Promote New Naturewell Offerings Drive awareness and sales for the Naturewell brand offerings in a wholesale food service club format with a variety of merchandising sets. Develop custom POS to support a Naturewell section in store Created Banner, Header and Section Strips Conducted a blitz to setup sections in all stores over 2 weeks
2 Launch NatureSource at a Sysco OpCo Launch NatureSource offering for Sysco Las Vegas internally with their Field Sales staff. Conduct a kick-off meeting with staff, followed by program communications to their internal team Organized a sales meeting to present the program Coordinated an eblast campaign to Sysco COP sales team which included: Program specifications Product offerings Developed audio messages sent to COPs as part of weekly updates
3 Provide NatureSource Sell-In Support Deliver NatureSource support to help sales personnel grow the program. Create sell-in material for customer appointments to help grow the brand Developed a customized product offering bi-fold that included customer codes for easy ordering Provided a foodservice merchandising sheet which offered an overview of food service merchandising available, as well as simple ordering instructions
4 Drive Variety Meats Tonnage at a Distributor Support building market awareness of our variety meats and communicate availability and selling points to buyers.
