1 How To: Ordering Season Tickets Online Welcome to the theater season! We hope to see you at many of these amazing shows, and what better way to secure your seats and lock in a lower price than becoming a season ticket holder? Subscribers save up to 20% off the price of purchasing each show individually, and receive other exclusive benefits, like easily exchanging tickets for another performance of the same show, as well as priority ordering for next season. To order your season tickets online, this guide will walk you through your purchase. 1. Once you ve clicked on one of the Buy Tickets options, you ll be taken to a website listing all of the shows for which tickets are on sale. At the top of the list is Artistry Season Ticket Packages If you plan to attend all Wednesday and/or Thursday performances, select Artistry Season Ticket Wed/Thur Package for the discounted prices. Click Purchase to begin the process.

2 2. On the next screen there will be a list of prices for the different package types. Adjust the quantity from the drop down of the correct price levels and package types you wish to purchase. In this example, we are selecting 2 of Senior (62+) Full Package. 3. Scrolling down is a list of all the shows separated by package type. Each show has a drop down list of all performances. If you are purchasing the Wednesday/Thursday package, only Wednesday and Thursday performances will be listed.

3 For each show select your first choice of performance date. In this example, since we chose a Full Package, we selected dates for all shows under Full Package Shows. Next include a seating preference for the Schneider shows. If this is blank we will base seating choices on the previous Artistry shows you ve attended. If there is no history we will select best available. Once complete, click Proceed to Checkout.

4 4. The next screen shows a summary of the season package order to review. Scroll down to enter your contact information. 5. There are two methods for entering your information. You can search by if your address is on file, or you can fill in the information yourself.

5 6. Along with the contact information, you can add additional remarks about the order. This could include additional individual tickets to any of your season tickets (including 30-and-under priced tickets), the names of people with which you wish to be seated, or just comments about the season or Artistry in general. Once complete, click Continue to Payment and Delivery to proceed.

6 7. Here is a final review screen and it shows the default delivery method as . If you wish to receive your tickets in the mail or held on Will Call you can adjust this from the drop down menu. Click Click here to pay [your cost] at Authorize.net to proceed. 8. The next screen will either open in a new window or tab depending on your internet settings. Fill in your credit card information and billing address (if different than what was previously entered). Click Pay Now at the bottom of the page to complete and proceed.

7 9. This final screen shows your order confirmation, as well as a notification that you will receive a confirmation from boxoffice@artistrymn.org. And with that finished you officially have season tickets! Physical tickets for each chosen show will be mailed or ed out in the middle of June, depending on which preference you chose. If you have any questions about the season ticket ordering process, call the Bloomington box office at , Monday Friday, 10am 5pm. Please note that during the month of April and the beginning of May, the box office receives a very high volume of calls related to season tickets.
