1 2019 ONLINE SEASON TICKET RENEWAL GUIDE 1. Once on click Order Tickets Online under the gold TICKETS tab 2. Click Season Renewal under the gold SEASON RENEWALS tab

2 3. Sign into your Navy Ticket Office season ticket holder account a. If you are a Returning Online Customer (already have an account number and personalized password) use Option 1 b. If you are an Existing Customer, 1 st Time Online use Option 2 to Link Your Account..(If you are an existing Navy Ticket Office customer and Blue & Gold member but have not LINKED your online account. You will need your Online PIN from the Navy Ticket Office) 4. Click 2019 Football Season Ticket Renewal

3 5. The first item will be your season tickets and parking from last year. If you wish for a seating change please place your request in the comments box. If you are happy with your seats, leave this blank. **You cannot REDUCE your number of renewed season tickets or parking passes. If you wish to do so, please call our office. 6. If you would like to order additional season tickets. You can select reserved tickets, adult standing room, or youth (12 and under) standing room. Reserved seats will be assigned after the renewal period ends with every effort made to be as close as possible to your current seats. 7. Should Navy win the West division of the American Athletic Conference and have a better record than the East division champion, we will host the AAC Championship Game on December 7 th. If you would be interested in your season ticket location for the game, please indicate. You would not be charged unless we are hosting the game.

The next option you will see is the Army-Navy Game presented by USAA to be played in Philadelphia, PA on December 14, You are eligible to purchase as many Army-Navy tickets as you have season tickets. A majority of our ticket holders have 4 or less season tickets. The application will not let you purchase more than 4 Army-Navy tickets. If you are eligible to purchase more than that, put the additional amount below in the Army- Navy Additional Request item. 9. If you are interested in additional Army-Navy tickets or upgrading tickets to the club level, you will have the option directly below. There is not a limit to additional requests, but there is a limit of 4 for club level upgrade requests. Both these items are only REQUESTS. We will know at a later date if we can satisfy them and your card would be charged at that point. To be considered for either, you MUST first purchase Army-Navy tickets. 10. Next you can request additional tickets for the Air Force home game scheduled for Oct. 5, These would be in addition to your season tickets. They are only requests so your card will not be charged at this time. We will know at a later date if we can get the tickets for you.

5 11. If you need additional tickets to any of the other 5 home games, fill in the quantity next to the appropriate game and type of ticket. Seats will be assigned after the renewal period. Your card will be charged for these tickets today.

6 12. Next, you have the option to join or renew your membership in the Blue & Gold. You will need to physically type in how much you want to give and at which level. The application will not add your membership on until you have typed in the number. Please note, to have a parking pass, you MUST be a member of at least the Supporter level. 13. To advance to the payment screen, click on Add to Cart at the bottom. Your totals will appear at the bottom.

7 14. You will need to choose either mail or will call by clicking on Select Delivery Method and then clicking on Checkout. 15. Confirm all your contact information. It will display on this page. We have removed the contact info for the sample account for privacy reasons.

8 16. Confirm your credit card or enter new credit card information and place your order. Once you click Submit Payment your order will be processed. This may take a few minutes. After it has been processed, you will be taken to a confirmation screen. You will also receive a confirmation . This will include your recent purchase as well as your account information.
