A summary f the functinal descriptin f the prpsed cncept slutin; 2. The main innvatin fcus f the cncept, and benefits fr the city f Cpenhagen and value fr the citizens 3. The business case f the cncept, with market ptential, scalability, scale f investment, risk in the cncept. 4. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM 3.1 General descriptin f the cncept The cncept f the slutin is t integrate n ne platfrm Cpenhagen multi mdal transprt ffer such as car, public transprt, bicycle, walking, using real time infrmatin fr each mde; frecast data is based in additin n real time and frecast traffic data, including accident events. The cncept is based n the use and integratin f the already existing applicatin such as Rejsplanen and t use its display adding sme new features s as t stay in the lgic f mutualisatin. Thus, the system prvides : Fr the end-user: multimdal custmized infrmatin abut their trip (n car, public transprt, bicycle, walking) using a web / mbile applicatin and n parking terminals Fr the City f Cpenhagen : public transprt, traffic and pllutin mnitring and frecast infrmatin, n the back ffice gvernance mdule, and als pssibility t implement traffic management rules t reduce pllutin, etc. Thus, the advanced real-time multimdal applicatin with parking data is made f 3 main mdules : 1. The RTI (Real-Time Infrmatin) mdule giving the real-time data in the relevant frmat and apprpriate transfer prtcl frm Bus Operatr, Train Operatr, and all the systems that have t be integrated 2. The multimdal travel planner, frm Pint A t Pint B, integrating all transprt mdes (car, bicycle, taxi, ferry and PT) in real-time, displayed n a mbile/parking terminal/website applicatin fr users with functinalities fr itinerary search, schedule search, city services, etc. 3. Indeed, we planned t rganize tw types f test sessins : ne with the City rep and ne with Cpenhagen citizens in rder t get their feedbacks as users n the back-ffice gvernance system fr the City and n the frnt-end applicatin fr the users. Abut the municipality sessin, main fcus was n the UC3- Gvernance back ffice system. The verall slutin was psitively appreciated and was cnsidered an imprvement by mst f the attendees. Main cmments are the fllwing: 1. The availability f the Gvernance system is rated psitive, and, cnsidering the feedback received, the slutin: a. reduce the pllutin level and traffic b. There is penness twards the slutin that hlds the ptential f affecting the citizens transprtatin habits but bviusly under certain cnditins. 2. The slutin s uniqueness and strng selling prpsitins was nt necessarily clear, and required clarificatin t be understd. 3. Mental barriers frm car users twards public transprtatin must be cnsidered. 4. The custmizatin f the slutin t the user s individual needs was really welcme. 5. The greatest ptential benefit and reasn t use - is if the slutin is hypercnvenient. 6. Key features with ptential uniqueness: Time, csts, real-time & parking. 7.
