2 Dear QATS Railway User, We are delighted to invite you to our 9th annual QATS Railway User Group. The 2014 edition will take place in Madrid - Spain on June 2014 at the Hotel NH Nacional. The purpose of the User Group is to bring together the QATS Railway user community on an annual basis to showcase new features and software developments. The event also marks a moment where the Expandium Team shares knowledge, techniques and ideas with end-users. The User Group is a day Expandium dedicates entirely to hear from its customers, their experiences and challenges. Users feedback is key for the R&D Team to constantly deliver solutions that answer precisely to the customers current and upcoming needs. The meeting will start with keynotes and presentations from Expandium. The highlight of Expandium s presentations will be the enhancements and new features in QATS Railway v3. A session of workshops will follow the presentations based on the positive feedbacks we have received from the previous initiatives. It will enable participants to brainstorm on topics and share their points of view on the future of telecommunication monitoring and troubleshooting solutions. The second half of the day will be dedicated to debrief and conclude the workshops and guest speakers will make presentations on trending subjects related to our industry. The User Group will end with some special evening entertainments. On the next day of the User Group, 20th June 2014, Expandium will organize an Open Discussion & Product Enhancements Workshop on Expandium s products & services. QATS Railway users will have the possibility to connect to their own company s network if they request so. Check-out the last page of this brochure for further details.
