Our members consist of builders, remodelers, land developers, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, real estate brokers, and many other industry professionals. The strength of the BIA relies heavily on the support of our members and we strive to provide valuable events to keep your business and our organization vital. In addition to the sponsorship levels listed, we can customize a package just for you! We also offer you great exposure and valuable interactions through participation in our committees, councils, and education classes. There is a sponsor level for every budget and every timeline. 2 NETWORKING EVENTS Your showroom is one of your best assets in trying to increase company business. Why not give your company maximum exposure within the BIA by hosting a Networking Event? A Networking Event with our members is an inexpensive way to make sure that your products and people are seen by many industry users. These informal gatherings are held quarterly and are easy to plan. You ll supply the food and beverages for a 2 to 3 hour social gathering and we will promote it to our membership. You can even host our monthly board meeting before the event. Attendance is always good! To host a Networking Event in 2018 please contact the BIA. All BIA members special emphasis placed on builders and board members to attend. Cover the cost of food and beverages (alcohol is optional). SPRING & FALL CIRCUITS Each year in April & October the BIA conducts an event that allows our Builder members to display homes and models for sale throughout Stark County. These Circuits of New Homes are very well attended and feature houses in various stages of the construction cycle from those just getting started to completely finished and ready for sale... even models are entered. The Spring Circuit is the kick-off to the selling season and has many entries as builders anticipate that buyers are ready to move during the approaching warm weather. The Fall Circuit provides one more opportunity for viewing and purchasing before winter approaches. Both shows are immensely popular with consumers and builders. Many homes have been sold due to the collective marketing & sponsorship efforts the Circuits provide. Free to the public during show hours. Sponsors receive great exposure in print, radio, digital, etc. $500 $1,000 (includes presentation rights)

3 DEVELOPERS COUNCIL The Developers Council and Codes Committee meets four times a year, once each quarter, to conduct dialogue between builders, developers, and elected/appointed officials. Each meeting features a speaker with a topic related to our industry followed by open discussion on anything informative. These meetings give our members face-to-face time with important civic agencies that assist in the speed and inspection of the building process. Codes are also a part of the agenda. These meetings are helpful in promoting goodwill and cooperation with municipalities throughout Stark County. Sponsorship gives your company great recognition for the cost of providing lunch. You can also set up a display table and talk to the group about your products and services during the meeting. Builders, developers, elected officials, building and zoning officials, and various government offices. $150 $200 per meeting HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE The annual Holiday Open House is a grand celebration of the year s activities. The event is set up as a holiday party open to all members with heavy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Donations for Toys for Tots are greatly appreciated and reduce the cost of attending. During a break in the socializing, we thank our board members from the current year, including our officers. We also swear in the board and officers for the coming year, and pass out Member Awards and House of the Year Awards. This memorable event is a fine conclusion to a year s worth of activity and accomplishment. Open to all members and guests. Admission is inexpensive and can be reduced with a toy donation. $125 $250 Contact the BIA for options.

4 THE ANNUAL BIA GOLF OUTING One of our premier summer events! The Annual BIA Golf Outing draws the top representatives from all of our membership, including many builders and up-and-coming leaders of the association. Enjoy a beautiful summer day with all kinds of games, prizes, networking and fellowship, including a fine meal and awards after golf. Take advantage of the affordable sponsor options that fit your interests and allow you to greet players all day. All BIA members and their guests are invited. $125 $800 Contact the BIA for selections. INDUSTRY BREAKFAST This popular table-top style event allows Associate members to exhibit the absolute newest and best products and services to the BIA area builders, remodelers, and architects. With its exclusive target audience of industry professionals, this show offers a great way for members to gain exposure for their businesses and keep an eye on the competition all in one place! Food and door prizes are available throughout the event, providing a fun and casual atmosphere for networking face to face and making valuable business connections. Free to all builders, remodelers, architects, and developers who do business in the Stark County area. $300 (includes table at event)

5 PARADE OF HOMES This premier event gives Builder and Associate members the opportunity to promote products and services to thousands of interested consumers. The Parade of Homes is a single-site collection of homes for sale featuring the latest in housing innovation, product technology, interior design, and landscaping. Our Parade has a proven reputation for quality and a strong following of regular attendees, especially those planning on building and remodeling. Sponsor options for the Parade of Homes are almost unlimited... from exclusivity of your product in every home to providing the bags passed out to attendees. General public approximately 8,000 attendees. $500 $10,000 (exclusivity). Contact the BIA for selection options. HOME & GARDEN SHOW Held for over 70 years at the Stark County Fairgrounds, the Stark County Home & Garden Show is traditionally the first sign of spring. Featuring beautiful landscaping and many home improvement professionals, the show draws thousands of people interested in indoor/ outdoor home remodeling and improvement. The Home and Garden Show has a variety of sponsor and participation options because it s a joint production effort between the BIA and the Canton Repository. Sponsors are guaranteed maximum exposure due to the huge marketing campaign designed to achieve strong attendance. General public looking for building, remodeling, and landscaping ideas. $500 $5,000 depending on level of participation.
