1 Blue STUDENT pricing Order form Thank you for choosing BluePrint Design & Print for your print, design and campus advertising needs. Please fill out all fields outlined in red. BluePrint staff will fill out any additional fields and return order form along with a confirmation containing the final estimate for BluePrint services. In the event the requested advertising spaces are filled a BluePrint staff member will contact client. Please see our Services and Reservation Policies on the back page for rules regarding mulitple run dates. 2 Banners Interior banner $29.50 Interior banners are printed at 36 x98 on interior matte paper. Price includes printing, grommets and hanging fee. Design fees not included. Banners will be displayed in the Union Market for 7 days. Additional fees may be applied. Run date Exterior banner $44.00 The viewing area of an exterior banner is 32 x96 on exterior matte paper. Price inludes printing and hanging fee. Design fees not included. Banners will be displayed on exterior of the Union for 7 days. Additional fees may be applied. Run date Table banner $19.00 Table banners are printed at 24 x60 on interior matte paper. Price includes printing and grommets. Design fees not included. Additional fees may be applied. Run date T-stands Union Mainstreet t-stand $17.50 T-stands are printed at 24 x36 on interior matte paper. Price includes printing and hanging on one side of a t-stand. Design fees not included. Each advertisement will run for 15 seconds and appear approximately 120+ times a day. Customers may submit their own digital signage or request BluePrint staff create it. Client created work must be submitted as a high quality jpeg at a size of 1920 px by 1080 px or 853 px by 640 px at 300 dpi. Client submitted video and animation should be submitted at a size of 1920 px by 1080 px in either.wmv or.mov format. Static digital ad Price/week Quantity Customer provides content $15.00 BluePrint designs content $25.00 Run date Dynamic digital ad Price/week Quantity Customer provides content $20.00 BluePrint designs content $35.00 Run date Student Organization Ad FREE. This service is a general digital template for all recognized student organizations. This ad can be used to advertise a weekly meeting time or a generic advertisement for your organization. This ad cannot be used for specific events. Content for this ad can be the following: a picture, group name, contact information, and/or weekly meeting date/time. Provide BluePrint with this information and we will do the rest. Canvas prints 8 x10 Price Quantity Design fee included $20.00 Client provides imagery $ x48 Price Quantity Design fee included $65.00 Client provides imagery $60.00 Logo design Logo/brandbook Price Quantity Logo design $10.00/hr Brandbook and logo files $ Custom projects Custom projects and sizes can be ordered. Price will be determined by paper type and total square inches required of project. Additional fees may be applied. Design fees not included. 3 Business cards and event tickets BluePrint can design and print business cards and event tickets. Cards and tickets will be standard 3.5 x2 printed on 65lb-80lb cover cardstock. Customers have the option to bring in predesigned cards/tickets or have BluePrint design them for a $10 design fee. BluePrint attains the rights to any original designs created by our designers. Customers may retain original files for additional $5. If customer chooses to bring in their own design, please ensure it is at the correct dimensions. Any files requiring more than 15 minutes to adjust will incur an editing fee of $5. Client will be notified of additional fees before project is begun. Cancellation Fee A fee of $15.00 will be assessed if an organization reserves a space and cancels within seven days of the hang date. Mounting Fee A $10.00 mounting fee includes adhering printed product to a black matte board with a maximum size of 20 x 30. Additional sizes upon request. Recycled Mounting Fee If you have previously mounted a project and wish to reuse the board or bring your own black matte board, the mounting fee is $5.00. Standard Filing Fee If client wishes to have original design files $ Design Fee A standard fee of $10.00 will be charged to all design projects. Additional charges may be added for extensive designs. Editing Fee To edit an existing design an additional fee of $5.00 will be charged. Grommets For any project requiring additional grommets beyond the standard amount, a fee of $0.50/per banner will be applied Business Card/Event Ticket Filing Fee If client wishes to have original design files $ Bulk Cutting Price 5-49 $.10 per sheet $.09 per sheet $.08 per sheet $.07 per sheet $.06 per sheet 500+ $.05 per sheet Quantity Rush Processing Fee A rush processing fee will be added if the design order is placed within seven business days from the pickup/hang date. Rush processing fees are added to the banner cost as follows: 14% per day less than seven business days. Bulk pricing does not inlcude orders under 5 sheets. Standard rate of $0.25 per page will be applied. Custom Cutting, Folding & Binding A custom cutting fee and folding fee or $0.25 per page will be assessed to any job requesting this service. 5 Client Questionnaire In order for BluePrint to best meet your design needs, please take a moment to fill out the following questionnaire. The more we learn about your organization, the better our staff can create a product that best suits your needs. If additional files are needed, please provide those at the start of the project to allow proper time to complete the contracted project. Who is the target audience? Are there specific images/logos that need to be incorporated? If so, please attach high resolution files and them with completed form to sdsu.blueprint@sdstate.edu. If files are too large for , please place files on a jump drive and drop them off at our office located in the lower level of the SDSU Student Union. Does your organization have certain brand colors that should be incorporated? Are there any color schemes you would like to see? Are there colors that should be avoided? Please provide any documentation with proper color values. Are there examples of designs/styles you would like to see incorporated? If so, please provide examples and denote what you like on attached examples. Blue
6 SERVICES AND RESERVATION POLICIES LARGE FORMAT WITHIN THE UNION BluePrint offers 5 interior banner locations within the Market dining area. 2 exterior banner locations, located at the East and West entrances of the University Student Union. 2 exterior t-stand locations (4 sides total), located at the East and West entrances of the University Student Union for use for day of advertisement of events happening in the Union and across campus. 8 t-stand locations (16 sides total) on the Union Main Street. Digital ad space on digital boards within the Union. All advertising designs must be approved by BluePrint and are only hung/removed by BluePrint staff. PRINTING SERVICES Large format orders that only need to be printed (predesigned by customers) must be given to the BluePrint staff 2 days in advance to avoid rush-processing fees. Editing fee may apply. Small format orders can be brought in at any time to print without a rushprocessing fee being assessed. WHO MAY ADVERTISE? Only SDSU recognized student organizations and SDSU departments or committees are allowed to reserve advertisement space. Non-Affiliated customers using Union facilities for their event are able to use advertising space to specifically advertise for their event. Advertising for products or services will not be allowed. ADVERTISING CONTENT Adverting content is limited to SDSU events, which are open to the campus community and opportunities for students on campus. Advertisement must include the group or organization sponsoring the event. Advertisement cannot be used for the endorsement of political candidates or views, parties, and/or sponsors. Student Association Elections are exempt. Advertisement cannot have the following: promotion of alcohol or other drugs, explicit sexual material, profanity, discriminatory language towards an individual s race, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender, or ads that compete with Dining Services or the University Bookstore. BluePrint has the right to refuse any project that infringes on a copyrighted image from SDSU or the larger media market. Official documentation must be provided to BluePrint in order to use copyrighted images. Please note: BluePrint is not liable for copyrighting. If the client brings in a design to be printed; it is the client s responsibility to show if the design can be reprinted legally. An ed Proof of Approval of services ordered must be obtained before content can be uploaded to begin rotation. Failure to approve before the set hang-up/upload date will result in a shorter display time. ADVERTISING LIMITS AND TIMEFRAMES If a customer would like to advertise for the same event for multiple weeks, please speak with the BluePrint student manager. A charge will be assessed for any advertisement that is to be hung multiple times. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BANNERS Only 1 interior and/or 1 exterior banner may be scheduled per event per group. Banners may be displayed for no longer than 7 consecutive days within a 4-week period of time without prior approval from BluePrint management. Reservations for banner space can be made up to 1 year in advance; however, banner space is not reserved until an order has been completed. All necessary information for designs must be given 7 business days in advance of hang/pickup date in order to avoid rush-processing fees. Rush processing fees are added to the banner cost as follows: 14% per day less than 7 business days. T-STANDS A maximum of 2 t-stand locations may be scheduled, per event per group. T-stands may be reserved for no longer than 7 consecutive days within a 4-week period of time without prior approval from BluePrint management. DIGITAL ADS An organization can secure an unlimited amount of advertisements per week. An advertisement space cannot have more than 40% of the background red in color, as red is reserved for emergency communication only. If an individual cancels their advertisement space within 7 business days of the display date, he or she will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee. Thank you for choosing Blueprint.
