2 POSTER ADVERTISING ON VESSELS & TERMINALS Choose from the following locations: 5 passenger ferries, Woods Hole & Hyannis Ticket Offices Specs: 22 W x 28 L, allow 1/2 white border for frame, full-color, UV ink preferred, semi or high-gloss, on flexible paper stock such as Kapco 14 Mil Gloss Rigid Vinyl. The Steamship Authority reserves the right to refuse to display advertising that includes or promotes the following: tobacco, alcohol, weapons, violence, unlawful goods/services, unlawful conduct, obscenity, nudity and political endorsements. One poster per location rates: $1,500 for 3 months per location $2,400 for 6 months per location $3,600 for 12 months per location All poster campaigns must start on the first day of the month with a minimum of three months commitment. Additional discounts will be offered for 2nd and 3rd poster placements. OUTDOOR BANNER ADVERTISING AT THE HYANNIS TERMINAL Reach over 200,000 foot passengers who traverse the high-speed ferry boarding ramp Offers great visibility with passengers traveling to & from 5 ferry trips a day from 8:15am to 9:30pm. Targets both visitors and island residents, as well as senior, adult and youth groups SPECS: 6 W x 3 & 3 H banner on the high-speed ferry passenger ramp 2 positions available Material: mesh vinyl with grommets, 2 week lead time is required Pricing: 6 months (May - October) $4,000 DESIGN NOTES: Dark background color with white lettering is recommended due to the mesh material used for these banners. Allow 3 for folds and grommet holes. The Steamship Authority reserves the right to refuse to display advertising that includes or promotes the following: tobacco, alcohol, weapons, violence, unlawful goods/services, unlawful conduct, obscenity, nudity and political endorsements.

Premium Web Tile Ad Includes: Company logo/image, direct link to advertiser s URL Specs: 224 H x 194 W pixels, high-resolution in.jpeg file format Monthly Rates: $400 (off-peak) / $600 (peak) / 12 month discounted package: $4,000 Text Ad Includes: Company name, web site URL and 10 words of copy. Similar to Google Ad Words. Monthly Rates: $100 (off-peak) / $200 (peak) / 12 month discounted package: $1,000 A two week lead time is required to post online advertisements. Ad creative is due on the 15th of the previous month and will be posted on the 1st of the following month. Discount packages are available. PRINT AD 2017 Woods Hole Pocket Ferry Schedule One 1/2 Page ad (2.5 L x 2 ¼ L) is currently available in our 2015 Woods Hole Martha s Vineyard Pocket Schedule (printed in three waves, Winter, Spring/Summer, and Fall). A total quantity of 425,000 pocket schedules are printed and distributed on our ferries and in Woods Hole, Falmouth, and Martha s Vineyard. The cost is $7,000 for the entire year.
4 PRINT SPONSORSHIP Sponsorship of the printed publication 2017 Travel Tips for Island Residents Each year we publish two booklets that containstravel tips and detailed information about SSA programs that pertain only to island residents. These booklets are inserted in the local island paper(s) and available at all terminals. This year we are offering the opportunity for a local business or organization to sponsor one of the booklets below: For more details about qauntity produced and distributed and pricing, please call ext. 306.
5 STEAMSHIP AUTHORITY E-NEWS RELEASES Sponsorship of Steamship Authority s monthly e-news includes your message and logo with a direct link to your web site. Our e-news program is designed to encourage customers to sign up to receive Steamship Authority news, information, special travel discounts and a preview of island events. Customers may elect to sign up as island residents (approximately 2,000 subscribers) or visitors/commuters (approximately 4,000 subscribers) so your message can be targeted to either island and/or customer segment. Each month our subscriber list continues to grow. A maximum of two consecutive months of e-news sponsorships may be reserved in advance for a minimum of two businesses. Customer Segments Martha s Vineyard Residents Sold Out Martha s Vineyard Visitors Residents Visitors $75 for one e-news sponsorship to a single customer segment per month $100 for one e-news sponsorship to two customer segments per month $125 for one E-News sponsorship to three customer segments per month $175 for one E-News sponsorship to four customer segments per month Specs for plain text version: 20 words of copy. CTM is managing the brochure display and Exploreboards (touch screen information kiosks) program at our mainland terminal locations in Woods Hole and Hyannis.
