1 EU-LA Mining & Exploration Convention and Trade Show METS 2018 Trade Show April 2018, Madrid, Spain METS 2018 is one part of MDNP, which is an EC funded project that aims to support a continuous and structured cooperation between the EU and seven Latin American countries, reinforcing dialogue, promoting cutting-edge technologies, strengthening business, institutional and academic ties and opening new business prospects, thus leading to win-win situations between the two strategic partners. METS 2018 and the MDNP project will strive to build on existing multilateral cooperation and bring together all relevant stakeholders from entities and disciplines linked to the non-energy extractive industries in the EU and the participating LatAm countries. The METS 2018 Trade Show is not only a prime opportunity to showcase your organisation s/ company s most exciting projects and investment opportunities, technology and services, it is also a one-of-a-kind chance to meet with a large number of potential partners on an individual basis and develop new business opportunities. This event will provide maximum networking possibilities. 4 If you would like to bring your own equipment: 1. Notify the event organisers and Exposistem of this decision no later than 31st January Pay the cost of Technical Service of 150 EUR, which includes an electric case with one power outlet and a generic carpet in the branding color of the event, no later of 28th February Please make this payment by bank transfer to: Sabadell Bank, Exposiciones y Sistemas IBAN: ES SWIFT: BSABESBB 3. All decorations must comply with the following conditions: Measure maximun of 2.30 meters tall and 3 meters long. All elements must fit on the 3x3 meter carpet. 5 General Conditions In order to successfully register for the exhibition, each exhibitor should send an to: and with the following title of the message: METS 2018 booth Option 1/Option 2 + exhibitor's name Send us this information as soon as possible, but no later than 31st January Your should also include your company logo in high resolution (preferably in vectors) so it can be easily enlarged to requested formats. Based on your request, the total price will be calculated and the company responsible for booth setup - Exposistem - will send you the invoice with booth rental fee. Once the invoice is paid your booth will be confirmed. The exhibition space is free of charge but please keep in mind that the exhibition space is limited, and therefore the exhibitors requests will be accommodated on the first come first serve principle.
