QR code reader service Sponsors who use QR code reader to read visitor s barcode on the booth will receive visitors business card data. Barcode reader cuts time and cost required to collect, organize and store business card data, and helps faster, more efficient lead generation activities. Data specifications Personal information (Visitor s full name, company and title, phone number and address) Attributes (Title, # employees) Notices *Data will comprise business card data of pre-registrants. *Data accuracy is not guaranteed, since each pre-registrant will be responsible for typing in his/her personal information. Data collection and delivery process Receive barcode reader on-site, at Exhibitor Administration Office Step 1 Scan visitor s barcode return barcode reader after the event Step 2 Step 3 Visitor data in excel format is delivered to the exhibitor Notice *Data delivery is scheduled one business day after the event. Delivery may be delayed depending on the amount of collected data. 19 For Application and Billing Process 19 Please access to the Sponsor site ( ) and download the application form and fill in all necessary information. Then submit it by to the following address:(partnereventjp@salesforce.com) Invoice is sent by . If you wish to receive the invoice by post, please indicate that on your application form. After receiving application, confirmation mail will be sent to the exhibitor by salesforce.com. Please confirm your sponsorship application and category by this . Invoice will be issued by September 15 th, Please pay the invoiced amount within a month after released the invoice.

20 About Sponsorship Program 20 Please send the completed application form by Friday, July 7, Application entry may close before the abovementioned deadline depending on the number of applications received. Those applying for exhibitor space will receive Sponsorship Manual, mailed the end of August. Location of your booth will be notified to your contact person when the arrangement is completed. Cancellation after submitting application will be subject to cancellation charge of 100% of each sponsorship fee. 1 The secretariat must receive the completed application form no later than this date. Regarding Sponsorship Program 1:Size of logos used for marketing activity and exhibition booth varies depending on sponsorship categories. 2:Size of booths varies depending on sponsorship categories. 3: Diamond, Titanium and Platinum sponsors will be offered a session room with a capacity of 150 audience. Duration of the presentation is limited to 40 min. 4: Diamond, Titanium, Platinum and Gold sponsors will be offered an opportunity of the presentation at the Partner Theater in the exhibition area. Duration of the presentation is limited to 15min. 5:Diamond, Titanium and Platinum sponsors will be provided a list of pre-registered visitors who have consented to their personal information to be submitted.
