22 IMPLICATIONS & CONCLUSION ICT initiative succeeded in transforming several targeted agriculture community members - (success story : seaweed and kapok pillow agropreneur 20K and 40K ) Mobile technology will continue to be important technology applied in the value chain. The potential for application of ICT in agriculture is high but needs more public-private partnership for enabling environments. Concentrate on the demand, not on the technology. Consider contextual factors - There is no one size fits all approach.
