2 300g to 6,800g 515 Hard Red Winter Wheat 100 are based on protein and grainshed. Plains Grains Inc. State departments of agriculture USDA-ARS Hard Winter Wheat Quality Lab AIB International U.S. Plains Location: 100% Elevator Collection occurs when harvest is 30% complete in the grainshed. Follow-up sampling is done if a major weather event occurs that could impact quality. U.S. Pacific Northwest Location: 100% Elevator Collection begins the third week of July and ends in September. Data shown in the USW Crop Quality Report is based on composite sample averages. The overall average values are weighted by export tributary. Individual samples are used to create the distributions shown in the USW Crop Quality Report.

Individual samples are used to create the distributions shown in the USW Crop Quality Report.
