INDUSTRIAL PHOTOBIOREACTOR FOR MICROALGAE AND PHOTOSYNTHETIC BACTERIA MASSIVE CU INDUSTRIAL PHOTOBIOREACTOR FOR MICROALGAE AND PHOTOSYNTHETIC BACTERIA INDUSTRIAL CULTIVATION The M2M Engineering over the years has gained an expertise in the field of algal cultures, has established and recognized in the scientific world. In particular, the M2M Engineering designs, builds and development for major Italian and foreign research centers, and some industrial partners, systems for the cultivation and mass production of algae, ranging from the cultivation and maintenance of systems for laboratories with limited volumes, up to more complex systems of industrial photobioreactors massive crop for industrial applications. The M2M Engineering is a partner of several scientific and industrial projects are very important in the study by industrial production of biodiesel, CO2 1 / 8

absorption, hydrogen production from microalgae, designing and delivering highly complex systems and systems for growing industrial and energy production from biomass. The M2M Engineering designs, develops, manufactures and markets and photobioreactors plants for the cultivation of massive microalgae type: Flat Cylindrical Cylindrical Ring Tubular Multiple tubular Industrial photobioreactors 2 / 8

Photobioreactors "Custom" to customer construct specification The M2M Engineering, with its team of engineers and technicians, designs, develops and innovative photobioreactor co on customer request according to your specific needs. Over the years the M2M Engineering has designed and built ad-hoc photobioreactors for many research centers and industrial customers for applications in 3 / 8

science and bioenergy. Photobioreactors are supplied and installed including all facilities required for proper functioning, while also providing the customer with the technical support necessary to ensure the functionality and efficiency of customers are not particularly experts in the field. To further ensure the prefect functioning of installed systems, the M2M Engineering with his 4 / 8

technicians and engineers will follow the customer service, technical assistance and specialized technical support and knowledgeable. Photobioreactors are also available with built-in tools for measuring physical parameters of the crop, with instrumentation on-line monitoring and control, even with possible monitoring and remote control via the Internet. 5 / 8

The parameters can be monitored and controlled: ph, temperature, dissolved oxygen, growth parameters of microbiological culture, and in general ad-hoc parameters required by the customer, with monitoring of both gaseous parameters and parameters of the liquid medium. Photobioreactors are also available on request complete control systems for 6 / 8

temperature, ph, inflation controlled, nutrient-controlled fuel injection systems, gas mixer and controlled gaseous fuel injection systems. Photobioreactors can be provided with artificial lighting for Photobiology, some patented by M2M Engineering: Circadian lighting systems with Lighting systems with simulation of the deep sea Lighting systems and controlled 7 / 8

from variable spectrum in potency and spectrum Lighting systems with energy and power pulsing techniques using variable-frequency variable 8 / 8
