Built-in vacuum Degasser eliminates bubble formation, maintains pump prime, and improves pump reliability. Automated Sample Handling Good chromatography begins with careful sample introduction. With the Varian 92-LC: Use the built-in autosampler to run your instrument unattended, and increase your laboratory s productivity, without sacrificing data quality for throughput. Sample injection is synchronized with piston position in the solvent delivery cycle to improve retention time reproducibility for gradient runs. Sample-to-sample contamination is eliminated by the external needle wash and needle-in-flow path design, which flushes the needle and injection path with solvent between samples. Temperature-controlled sample compartment maintains sample integrity for thermally unstable compounds.
