3 Tecs IT References: IT Service Providers Leading German IT Service Provider AMS (Application Maintenance Services, Project Various Senior Management Coachings Bid Management Support in 2009 Project Application Maintenance as Managed Service In the area of application maintenance services, Mr. Heyde supported the IT- Service Provider in the development of service catalogues, implementation of the Application Factory, an industrialized application maintenance service offering, under the special requirement to integrate new offshore delivery centers into the service offering and the ITIL based service delivery processes. Mr. Heyde also supported in various projects in the successful offering of distributed services to their clients. Project Bid Management Big-Deal Latest consulting service for the IT-Service-Provider was the responsibility as Bid Manager for an (finally successful) offering of application maintenance services by three service hubs. Onsite Services provided by German delivery units, sap maintenance services provided by the offshore partner, one of the top ten leading Indian based IT-Service Providers, and UHD and 2nd Level services provided by captive service centers from Brazil. The overall offer size of this bid was at approx. 200 Mill. Euro for a three years contract and covered application maintenance as managed service for approx. 800 applications world wide. Remarkable: in a long run of common bid processes of the IT-Service Provider with their offshore partner, this bid was the first one, in which the IT-Service Provider got a signed back-to-back contract with the partner, before sending the final offer to the client. This success was only possible by the experience and support of TECS-IT. In this project, TECS-IT got again a in depth view of production costs and calculation models of two global service providers.

4 Tecs IT References: Financial Institute Deutsche Leasing, Bad Homburg Offshore Development / Customization of core banking product Data Migration of complex lending database including historic data and data recalculations Establishment of offshore maintenance process Service Management on behalf of CSC for IT infrastructure Project: Di@ana - Implementation of Lending System Deutsche Leasing decided in 1999 to replace existing Mainframe based systems in core baking and lending applications with a modern three tier J2EE compliant it solutions. Amongst others, the Indian company POLARIS was chosen, to implement and adopt their core banking system, developed and used by Citi Bank, at Deutsche Leasing. Mr. Heyde was the Onsite Relationship and Program Manager of Polaris Software Lab. In this role, Mr. Heyde was responsible for all Onsite Services and the delivery of offshore services towards the expected implementation. As employee of Polaris Mr. Heyde got intense insight views of management and work style within an Indian IT company. Mr. Williams, was representing the IT infrastructure provider for Deutsche Leasing, CSC. He was in charge to provide necessary infrastructure and services for the running development and testing activities as well as for the operations of the production systems. The benefit of being the only European employee within an Indian company of was majorly caused by the fact of a very close intimation into the cultural differences and challenges and the adoption into the German it service market Project: Ongoing Service Management of outsourced IT infrastructure services Deutsche Leasing outsourced the management of servers and IT operations to CSC. The task of Mr.Williams, at this point of time employee of CSC, was the service management and service delivery as responsible Onsite Service Manager of this team provided by CSC and working in the premises of Deutsche Leasing.

5 Tecs IT References: German Logistic Group World leading logistics company, based in Germany AMS (Application Maintenance Services) Outsourcing Strategy Run tender Process RfI (Request for Information), RfP (Request for Proposal), Support in Contract Negotiations Consult in transition project for transfer of Data Warehouse AMS Consult in establishment of Service Management process and organisation Project: AMS IDD Within the logistics company, the branch working with TECS is managing the IT Services for the Division. The branch wanted to consolidate the enormous number of it service providers in charge and wanted to reduce IT service costs in maintenance drastically. Mr. Heyde and Mr. Williams were requested to - derive a application maintenance lifecycle model, which allowed the logistics company to classify and prioritize the application and to assign the best sourcing service model for each application (270 applications in total) - Define a outsourcing strategy for introduction of offshore services providers, reflection the need of utilization of the captive it service provider and the appropriate service providers according to complexity and business criticality of each application - Select the right strategic offshore service provider by RfI (30 companies asked for proposal) and RfP (final stage 12 providers with the aim to close contract with three providers) - Define and negotiate the final contract with three international, Indian based, service providers. - Identify and Outsource the pilot application (here the central Data Warehouse, to manage all Delivery Centers in Germany) - Adopt the existing ITIL v2 based service management to ITIL v3 and the special requirements in case of offshore service provisioning.

6 Tecs IT References: Internat.Financial Institute GE Consumer Finance, Germany & Swiss Money Collection System Germany/Hannover Credit Card Application Swiss/Zurich Project: Money Collection The GE Money Bank Germany wanted to replace an existing Collection System with an standard product, provided by an Indian company. The project was running for long time unsuccessful. When TECS-IT started in the project, we supported the project manager for eight weeks and reviewed the situation. The project was complex by it s organization, seven offshore service providers were included for various tasks: one was the application maintenance provider for the system to be replaced. The Second was the provider of the new system and another Indian company was due the existing vendor strategy in charge for all interfaces and surrounding systems. One more offshore provider was in charge for testing process and testing. After taking over of the project, strict project management principles were introduced the implementation was finished in time and budget according to the new schedule with only minor issues remaining. Project: Credit Card Application Stabilization The GE Money Bank Swiss had introduce a new credit card application and issued a huge number of cards within extreme short period. Thus the operation of the system was instable due to a high number of remaining defects and know issues and also the necessary maintenance processes had not been introduced so far. Due to the very well experience with TECS IT in stabilization of projects and handling of offshore providers. TECS was allowed to assess the situation, identify the critical path and stabilize the operation of the application, including several supporting operational processes. The optimization project did finish successfully with minor delay and was an overwhelming success in the Swiss banking market. The rollout of credit cards in the partnership of GE Money Bank Swiss and MIGROS was based on the success of this project.

7 Tecs IT References: Chemical Group IT Subsidiary of world leading chemical group Tender Process, Request for Proposal, Contract Design Transition of Services Establishment of vendor Management and enhanced Service Management Project: Invitation to tender process The client had prepared a dedicated offshore outsourcing strategy to reduce costs and extend existing workbenches for more flexibility and scalability. Based on the given sourcing strategy and the defined scope scope, TECS IT was requested to prepare the documents for request for proposal for the complete IT lifecycle covering IT operations, user help Desk, application maintenance and application development services, according to international standards. In this very complex environment, TECS IT was asked to finish the RfP documents within four weeks, to keep existing milestone plans. By using tools and templates of TECS IT this challenging tasks was completed at highest quality within time and budget. TECS supported the client in the following phases of review of proposals and preparation and run of due diligence and final contract negotiations, so that the vendor selection could be completed within 6 months time and the contract could be sealed with success. Project: Transition Program Management As a result of the well reputation and good results of the vendor selection process, TECS IT was asked to support on the following transition program by definition of program structure, roles, tasks and take care of the major work tasks, like program management, knowledge management, introduction and adaption of service management processes and establishment of a new vendor management organization. Due to the higher number of departments involved complex project matrix was developed and successfully implemented. The transition itself could be completed within time, budget and quality and the majority of services were transferred into steady within 3 to 6 months. Project: Establish Vendor Management & Governance In parallel to the Transition Program, TECS IT was involved in the change process to establish the necessary retained organization to be prepared for the coming tasks of governance and the establishment and definition of the vendor management group, which is now in charge of the provider management and will be used on global level for all major it service providers
