It enables the use of completely new methods of communication, work and management. 4 Features Graphical modelling tool One of the most useful features of the software is fully professional workflow engine that lets you model any business process. It is based on BPMN. With Workflow processes, employees do their tasks in the correct order and they can be sure they will not miss anything. They can also display process preview and see which activities have been performed. Document flow, case and project management edokumenty supports transparent and easy-to-use document workflow on an ad-hoc basis. Documents can be transmitted electronically within organisational structure and stored in some kind of containers called cases. It makes them easy to find. Flexible configuration Use control panel to adjust your system settings. As administrator you can easily manage company calendars, define new types of documents, manage system dictionaries etc. You can also develop your own modules. 5 Support for high-volume office If you scan hundreds of pages monthly, some tools may help you. You can scan documents directly to the system without previously uploading them from your hard-disk. All you need is a scanner. After basic configuration it is ready to use. We also deliver an OCR software integrated with edokumenty. Intuitive browser-based software edokumenty is one of the most advanced web applications. It can be compared to a browser-based operating system. As a windowing system, edokumenty uses standard programmable graphical components and supports drag&drop method. For high efficiency we use AJAX, HTML5 and CSS3. Creating documents from templates Creating documents which are repeatable is much faster if you have templates. You can use edokumenty to create such documents. Thanks to special tags, all necessary information, e.g. client name and address, case number, come from system databases. All the templates are stored in one central location. Thanks to integration with MS Word you can modify text files and save them directly in the system.

6 Document version control WebDAV and Hot Folder technology allows you to edit documents in any format without downloading and uploading them. When document is being edited, other users can see a padlock icon. After you close file, it is automatically saved in the system. Then you can view history and open old versions of documents. Shared calendars Use shared calendars for better cooperation with your team. Events can be related (linked) to your clients, cases and projects. Every user has their calendars that can be shared with others. As administrator you can also define company calendars, including resource and corporate calendars. Your task list can be synchronised with your smartphone calendar or edocumenty mobile app. Advanced IMAP client Built-in client is almost as advanced as Outlook. It supports, among others: local and network folders, search engine, defining spam rules and setting autoreply. You can archive messages as documents in the system and create tasks based on messages. Thanks to so called shared accounts a group of users has access to one account.

7 Project Management Those who manage projects know how important and helpful Gantt chart can be. This is why you can generate Gantt chart from your project task list. When users log in they can see their task list. It includes tasks to do as well as overdue ones.. Budgeting and controlling edokumenty allows you to manage multi-dimensional budgets, including various types of costs, including those defined in the system and those coming from external sources. Workers in charge of finances can easily control execution of financial processes.
