3 DataMotion This is the Capture, Processing and Propagation of data. As we move to a more mobile world in computing we are seeing the ever growing requirements to capture and query data in the field or even within an office environment submitted on smart phones and tablets. The three key elements are: INPUT - Easy to use forms capture and ability to query data in the field PROCESS - Workflow to Analyse, Route and Approve OUTPUT - Actions/Requests, Document Generation, Injection into internal system Typical solutions allow you to capture data in the field (ios, Android & Microsoft) which then can be submitted to SharePoint Online/ Office 365. On arrival, this data can be processed by workflow (approvals, routing etc.) and the results of which can be displayed in a Dashboard. Finally this data can be synchronised back to a range of line of business systems within your organisation. All forms are test on Android, Microsoft and Apple platforms to ensure you have all bases covered. 9 Often in larger organisations with a Champion in each team, there can be a breadth of abilities working towards the same goal. No matter how user-friendly a forms designer becomes, for some less IT-focused users who will only be exposed to a few hours of training, creating a set of business forms can become an arduous, time consuming task.. As the forms products themselves become more feature-rich, the possibilities of what can be done within a form has become exponentially greater, to the point where some forms feel like apps. Nviron s is Nviron s proprietary build engine for forms. In simple terms, rather than starting with a blank sheet, users are able to request a new form. There is also provision for this request to follow an approval process but once authorised, a form will have an approved theme/template, sized as appropriate, with all the correct fields labelled sensibly that developers would understand can be automatically produced. This means that the scope of training can be dramatically reduced to ensure Form Champions are trained on the areas they need to know so they always hit the ground running with typically 60%-80% of a form ready before they even open the Designer. The process helps to ensure the overall quality standardisation, ensuring common mistakes are not repeatedly made. It is then a relatively easy task for the designer to work with the template provided and tweak accordingly, making significant time savings.
