4 Project Overview What is the Main Avenue Redevelopment Plan? A Redevelopment Plan is a public consensus document that articulates a vision, goals, and recommended actions to revitalize the an area of a community. What is the purpose of the Main Avenue Redevelopment Plan? The purpose of a Redevelopment Plan is to provide local government, businesses, and citizens with a road map for planning, implementing and monitoring the progress of redevelopment strategies in the community.
