The application automations the deed writing process to registration process and prevention of stamp duty evasion. Deed Writing Module :Application provides Deed Writing module to write online deeds. This module helps weed writer as well as registrar officers to reduce the repeated work. Once deed writer submits the online deed, registrar officer further used the submitted online deed for registry. 2. Registration Module :After submission of online deed, registrar uses the submitted deed for verification and registration. After exporting user modifies the excel sheet based upon the type of SharePoint Portal list including 7 week projection data. The Project projection data is received from the portal which is entered by the functional user. Once the customized excel sheet is ready, user login into the portal and copy the excel data into the list using data sheet view of the SharePoint list.
