We revised the number of users per our last phone call and added a cost for hosting Dynamics SL in a Microsoft Azure private cloud. Bear in mind that this is like paying for us to provide the servers, hardware, etc. and put them in another location (private cloud). You would still need your own IT resources to perform infrastructure responsibilities. Since you told us you are current in your maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics SL, we have calculated what your maintenance might be (our best guess) going forward given the change of users. We believe the answer to your question about how much paying maintenance will be, given you are downsizing the number of users, is that you will pay less. However, this will have to be confirmed, as there may be other factors we are not aware of. Once you ve determined this cost proposal is in your budget range and you are satisfied with the planned demonstration of T-Sheets integrated with Dynamics SL, we will make plans to demo Dynamics SL 2018, show you how it meets your critical requirements, and how it integrates with Office 365. Assuming you are impressed with the Demo as superior to Deltek and SAP, we can then discuss what would be necessary to make a formal change-of-partner with Microsoft.
