A primary focus of this position was on Oracle EBS training across all HCM modules. As requested by the client, I created and maintained all training materials for the designated applications as well as delivered and facilitated the training classes for new client leads for these applications. I also served as a liaison to the Ciber Applications Functional and Technical teams to receive appropriate system change or new Oracle functionality that would affect the training. My duties included, but were not limited to: Conducted training needs assessment and analysis to determine the specific training to be developed to conduct the orientation sessions. Provided guidance, industry implementation, change management and training expertise to support the City of Philadelphia for a multi-phase implementation rollout. Facilitated orientation sessions on Oracle SSHR, Time and Labor, Advanced Benefits and Payroll to provide an in-depth overview of the system functionality. Performed a completed overhaul of the training materials provided to develop streamlined training presentations in accordance with the orientation framework. Worked closely with the Implementation Team Leads to determine the appropriate subject matter/topics to discuss during the sessions. Developed Oracle training collateral, including, but not limited to scenarios, training guides and labs. Oxford Consulting Services, Boston, MA Client: Amway Global Training/Change Readiness Lead/UPK Developer Provided strategic guidance on how to effectively prepare the user communities in Europe for successful acceptance of process and cultural change. The role also facilitated training, knowledge support sessions and appropriate people readiness activities for user communities in Europe. I worked closely with the Business Solution Teams to gain an understanding of the client needs to transfer the knowledge into training collateral and people readiness documentation for user communities in Europe. I was also responsible for the following tasks while in the role: Managed weekly project plans to ensure level of effort and resource workload within Oracle Projects and Fixed Assets were aligned with training objectives for rollout and sustainment. Led and managed the training instance process to ensure the accuracy of code migration and transaction validation for Oracle Project Costing, Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable. Monitored and updated the appropriate training utilizing Oracle UPK 11.1 and supported environments to ensure the application configurations for Oracle Project Costing, Fixed Assets and Project Billing were in accordance with the global solution for effective and accurate people readiness and training sessions. Monitored the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as requested. Maintained comprehensive knowledge of specific modules of all assigned processes, tools and services for Oracle applications. Reviewed MD50s, system configurations, setups and customization requirements to ensure materials were in line with client expectations. 01/13 08/13 Nexlevel Consulting Services, LLC, Atlanta, GA Client: Allscripts Training Project Manager As a Project Manager, I supported the Program Manager with the development of all Steering Committee and Executive Sponsor communication, along with the appropriate approach and recommended deliverables. I also ensured timely and high quality deliverables of the development detailed training work plan and integration of the Oracle Projects training tasks into the overall project plan. Developed key training deliverables during each phase of the system development lifecycle including Training Strategy, Needs Analysis, Curriculum and Delivery Plans for Oracle Projects Costing, Billing and iexpense.

Reviewed MD50s, BR100s and collaborated with implementation team members to achieve the development of appropriate job aids based on rollout functionality. 03/10 12/12 Nexlevel Consulting Services, LLC, Arlington, VA Client: Department of Defense Workforce Preparation Training Manager As the Training Manager for a multi-agency Department of Defense Oracle implementation, I managed a team of 7 Training Consultants to develop and deliver an enterprise wide integrated training strategy. It was my responsibility to manage weekly project plans to ensure resource workload and level of effort aligned with program wide objectives. My duties also included, but were not limited to the following tasks: Developed strategic training deliverables (Strategy, Needs Analysis, Curriculum Plans, Delivery Plans) that also served as benchmark documents for the agency training departments. Created a personal, collaborative approach to Project Management with active participation by the Agency Training Program Managers, Project Managers and Stakeholders. As a result, 1058 supply management vendors utilized by the agency successfully received 1099s for tax purposes. While in this role, I was also responsible for the development of the federal agency Oracle training program in support of system end users post implementation through the creation of training plans, needs assessments, learning analysis, learning objectives and training delivery execution. I was also engaged in performed the following training tasks: Led and managed the training content development schedule and review process for all Oracle training modules which included coordinating and leading process mapping and requirements gathering sessions and working closely with client SMEs to create business scenario based training. Led Department Trainers to conduct training sessions specializing in customized end-user training sessions and documentation for Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Performed organizational assessments through interviews, brown bag sessions and focus groups to determine the appropriate training curriculum for the end users. Developed targeted communication messages, which tied the strategies initiatives of the implementation to the desires of the end user community. Served as Lead Production Support Liaison to the user community for Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory, and Order Management. How do they foster engagement within their network, communities and member corporations?
