Gamsberg, currently with 250 KTPA MIC production capacity, the flagship operations of Zinc International, once fully operational will be among the top 5 Zinc operations in the world. The operations consist of a 50 MTPA open pit mine with a 4 MTPA ROM, with its own dedicated concentrator plant which is the world s largest single stream Zinc ore beneficiation plant and associated infrastructure. Gamsberg boasts some of the most advanced technologies and digitally enabled operations, and will transform ZI to a half a billion USD EBITDA business in the short to medium term. 2 1. Head of Plant/Metallurgy - Gamsberg, South Africa (Ref. Plant Mgr) Grade: EL Qualifications: Degree in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering or equivalent; Experience: 11 to 15 yrs Role: This is a Senior Management position which carries a key legal appointment in terms of the MHSA and which forms part of the Gamsberg Exco team. This position reports to Gamsberg Head. The role is based out of Aggeneys, South Africa. Management of Plant /Metallurgy team (Operations, Maintenance, Technical & Laboratory Management), including permanent employees and contractor business partners. Commercial, Financial / Budget Control in terms of Plant activities Managing of change process with regard to any deviations to Plant activities and work scope. Key enabler in Gamsberg s capability to deliver on stakeholder expectations Legal, Audit & Governance. SHEQ Compliance 2. Finance Head/Mgr - Gamsberg, South Africa (Ref. Fin Mgr) Grade: DU / EL Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or equivalent Experience: 11 to 15 yrs Role: This is a Senior Management position that forms part of the Gamsberg Exco team. The role will be based out of Aggeneys, South Africa, and will be responsible for the complete Finance function of the entire Gamsberg business, including Finance, Admin, Marketing, and IT function of Gamsberg. This position reports to Gamsberg Head. Provide strategic partnership and act as co-pilot to the Gamsberg Head. Page 2

3 Focus on setting up and enabling Gamsberg Finance function including Finance Organisation, SAP and ERP systems, MIS and reporting structure and all associated activities. Ensure smooth Finance and Capitlisation transition and handover from CAPEX to OPEX. Manage the cost control function (250 to 300 mill USD/Annum spend base) by providing feedback, advice and guidance to the Gamsberg Exco in terms of variance analysis EBITDA ( mill USD /Annum), Free Cash Flow and Cost of Production (COP). Facilitate identification of enterprise wide risks, including but not limited to financial / statutory risks, and drive implementation of risk mitigation initiatives across Gamsberg. Overall responsible for business planning, target setting, embedding accountability and forecasting, managing budgetary allocations and budgeting process. Enabling decision making through effective business partnering and real time information systems, scorecards, dashboards, analytics, benchmarking, and review systems. Legal, Compliance, Audit & Governance. 3. Commercial Head/Mgr - Gamsberg, South Africa (Ref. Comm Mgr) Grade: DU / EL Qualifications: Degree in any Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Procurement or other relevant field; MBA would be highly advantageous. Experience: 11 to 15 yrs Role: This is a Senior Management position that forms part of the Gamsberg Exco team. The role is based out of Aggeneys, South Africa. This position reports to Gamsberg Head. The incumbent will be responsible for the complete Commercial function of the entire Gamsberg business (commercial spend base of 200 mill USD / Annum), including Procurement, Contract management, Warehousing and Logistics function for effective sourcing, pricing, planning and controlling the procurement of raw materials, consumables, services, capital equipment and logistics of raw material, finished goods and by-products at the most competitive price and most favourable commercial terms. Formulate and implement a Commercial/contract management strategy, Procurement process and continuous improvement. Provide strategic commercial input into the overall vision and mission of the business including the development of a commercial strategy that will optimise best practice and ROI to the business for the duration of LOM. Oversee management of key contracts. Manage and optimise contracts administration process to ensure effective and efficient service delivery according to the stipulations and costs applicable to the relevant contracts. Page 3

4 Coordinate with the procurement team on delivery of key contracts and pricing agreements. Manage and optimise the procurement process to ensure the effective and efficient availability of all items required by the business according to time, quality, quantity, cost, company policy and international best practice. Manage and optimise the repairs process to ensure effective and efficient repair of items according to cost, specifications and time requirements. Tech Mgr) Grade: DU equivalent Qualifications: Degree in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering or equivalent; Experience: 6 to 10 yrs Role: This role is responsible for ensuring that the Gamsberg plant technical processes and laboratory operates effectively in order to ensure the quality, and quantity are maintained most optimally. This position reports to the Head of Plant. Responsible for achieving the quality, quantity and efficiency KPIs. Responsible for all metallurgical projects. Coordinates the metallurgical and laboratory teams, equipment and services as required for the role. Develop and implement best utilisation and business applications of management and plant processing. Enabling optimal Plant performance through effective utilisation of expertise in Mineral Processing Industry and Production Management; through demonstration of expertise in differential flotation, and through utilisation of up-to-date knowledge of latest developments in the Metallurgical and/or Lab discipline. 5 5. Finance Controller - Gamsberg, South Africa (Ref. Fin Contr) Grade: DU Qualifications: Degree in Finance or equivalent; CA / CIMA or equivalent would be highly advantageous. Experience: 6 to 10 yrs Role: This role is responsible for financial planning, analysis and management reporting for Gamsberg to ensure efficient and effective expenditure control according to financial best practice, company policies and Corporate guidelines. This position reports to Finance Head. Manage and coordinate sound financial planning to ensure sustained profitability in line with VZI policies, SOPs and time frames. Manage and coordinate the Gamsberg budgeting process. Manage and coordinate the quarterly consolidated MIS, financial reporting and reporting. Manage the monthly cost control function to ensure that actual expenditure is in line with budgeted expenditure. Execute value added analysis by evaluating the Gamsberg economic efficiency and challenge ineffective expenditure. Conduct variance Analysis- EBITDA, Free Cash Flow and Cost of Production (COP). Compile and submit monthly reports according to stipulated standards and timeframes. Legal, Compliance, Audit & Governance. 6. Commercial Controller - Gamsberg, South Africa (Ref. Comm Contr) Grade: DU Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Procurement or other relevant field; MBA would be highly advantageous. Experience: 6 to 10 yrs Role: The role will be based out of Aggeneys, South Africa. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Commercial Head with regards to the management of the operational procurement and contractual processes.
