1 Position Description Position Information Position: Sales & Operations Planner Brands Location: Mokai Factory Position Type: Safety Sensitive Date: April 2018 Job Purpose The Sales & Operations Planner - Brands is responsible for supporting the General Manager Supply Chain in duties related to our branded products (as detailed below) to ensure the smooth running of this department. External: Regulatory organisations, raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers, 3 rd party storage and logistics suppliers, business and local community, customers.

3 Key Accountabilities Key Result Area Duties and Responsibilities Expected Outcomes Sales Take receipt of sales orders from the brands team or customers and generate the necessary sales contract documents. Plan production with various contract manufacturers based on sales. Negotiation with raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers. Assist with procurement of raw materials for brands Manage S&OP Process in relation to brands procurement, sales and distribution. Ensure accurate customer details are entered and maintained in the Brands ERP system. Co-ordination with customers regarding orders, vessels and documentation requirements. Co-ordination with 3PL s regarding distribution Co-ordinate with QA Team or contract manufacturers to ensure required documentation is available to send to customers. Work with Supply Chain Administrator to maintain necessary files and documentation. Co-ordinate customer sample shipments Co-ordination of label approval, printing and application for customer orders and any other special requirements that may arise. Plan and book transport movements based on stock on hand, orders received, vessel/truck availability and customer requested ETA. Shipment reconciliation for KPI reporting. Allocate stock according to FIFO and generate load out details for stores. Customer satisfaction through timely communications and delivery of product. Strong customer relationships. Strong supplier relationships. Flexible Carrier agreements in place.

Effective and efficient planning of production and execution of sales orders. 5 Person Specification Qualifications and Technical Skills Experience and knowledge required for effective performance in the position School certificate, 6 th Form certificate or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in S&OP Advance excel and Microsoft office essential. Knowledge of Navision or equivalent ERP system preferred but not essential. Clear and accurate communication. Good time keeping, organisational and planning skills Self-motivated, disciplined and independent worker Maintaining strong relationships with staff and external parties. Participation and support in the adoption of strong OSH, manufacturing, quality control and cost control disciplines. Participation in the implementation and review of processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and compliance. Fostering a culture that is consistent with the values of Miraka.
