1 MAXIMUS Provider Billing Application v.3 Provider Dashboard The following training documentation contains detailed step-by-step instructions and may be used as reference in understanding the Dashboard features and are broken down into the following sections: Dashboard - Overview Dashboard The Two Types (Provider and Admin) Provider Dashboard Content Provider Dashboard Additional Reference Materials Dashboard Overview After the Sign In process is completed within the MAXIMUS Provider Billing Application v.3 (see Sign In and Forgot Password Training Guide), the user enters the authenticated portion of the web application and is able to access features specific to their user role. The Dashboard serves as a landing page after a user successfully signs into the application. The Dashboard consolidates high level data for each of the user-specific features in addition to providing quick access to each feature allowing richer functionality. A good example is the Certificates portion of the Dashboard. It shows 3 different tiles representing highlevel certificate information. Here the user can quickly access how many total Active Certificates are assigned to them, as well as how many are about to expire, and have recently expired. The buttons then allow quick access to the richer functionality for the Certificates features where they can view these certificates by service week as well as get the detailed information for each certificate. Dashboard The Two Types (Provider and Admin) There are two types of Dashboards depending on the user s role: Provider Dashboard This dashboard contains features and access to functionality used by a child care provider. Examples include Certificates, Attendance, and Remittances. Admin Dashboard This dashboard contains features and access to functionality used by an administrator or support provider. Examples include User Maintenance and the ability to

2 Impersonate a provider allowing the support provider a read-only view to provider-specific data and features for assistance in troubleshooting. This guide will focus on the features of the Dashboard presented to the Provider (Provider Dashboard). Provider Dashboard Content The Dashboard consolidates high level data for each of the user-specific features in addition to providing quick access to each feature allowing richer functionality. The components of the Provider Dashboard are: Welcome Message and Provider Information Section The user s name is displayed as well as their Provider Name, Quality Rating, Current Tier Bonus percentage, and License number. Notifications Sections Alerts and Messages pertinent to the user are displayed here.

3 Certificates Section Buttons for detailed functionality as well as certificate counts are displayed in tiles pertaining the following categories: o Active Certificates o Certificates About to Expire o Recently Expired Certificates

4 Most Recent Attendance Section The last 3 attendance entries are displayed here for quick view. The confirmation no. for each of these are links to view the Attendance Detail page for each. A link also exists for adding attendance entries ( + ADD ATTENDANCE ENTRY ), and for viewing the Attendance History with further access to Attendance Entry Detail ( VIEW ALL ATTENDANCE ENTRIES )

5 Most Recent Remittance Statements Section The last 3 remittance entries are displayed here for quick view. The invoice no. for each of these are links to view the Remittance Detail page for each. A link also exists for viewing the Remittance History with further access to Remittance Detail ( VIEW REMITTANCE STATEMENTS )
