Address reference data, property management, rolling stock, stock list and more are included in the base data that contributes to the efficient use of Euro-Green-Line. Address reference data contains administered data of users and is completed with trade specific information such as AVV-number (waste catalogue regulation), group or site. Addresses The address reference data contains all addresses, regardless if they belong to interested customers, existing customers or suppliers. Only through receiving a customer number and/or supplier number can the addresses be altered to customers or suppliers. Numerous locations can then be saved under the addresses. Sites All areas, places, meeting places, etc. at which objects are emptied, picked up or cleaned by disposal vehicles are classified as sites. With the Euro-Green-Line, any site can be administered under an address. Furthermore site management features a link to Google Maps, so an overview can be created on the map at all times. Objects Every canister, container or any other apparatus as well as all constructions for the collection of waste, scrap and recyclable parts are classified as objects. A large number of objects can be listed in Euro-Green-Line and be added to various sites of customers. Commodities Everything that is brought to account is classified as a commodity. Commodities can exist as a service (e.g. cleaning, transport), rent or material commodity (e.g. paper, waste bags). These commodities are stored in containers with the customer/ supplier being billed later. So the stock list as well as the client base is of central importance. The stock list fulfils all demands of the complex waste industry. Simple templates can be made to make the creation of commodities and groups easy. The quick dissemination factor of supporting information such as AAV-numbers or groups aids the user in his routine jobs. Vehicles Whether number plate, empty weight or code of car radio, all the required information of the vehicles can be stored here. Drivers Not only names and addresses, but also mobile numbers and qualifications of drivers can be stored here. The Euro-Green-Line possesses extensive mechanisms to prevent errors. Thus the dispatcher can, for example, get a notification when he allots a vehicle to his assignment that is not permitted to drive the container. 4 The Modular Euro-Green-Line Those who want to stay successful in the future primarily have to be flexible. With the modular set-up of the Euro-Green-Line, you only use and pay for those functions that are actually needed. If a business line is added, it is easily integrated into the present system. So you can be sure that all operations are open to you without having to pay unnecessarily for functions you may not need yet. Order processing In the processing of orders, telephone orders are recorded and managed. Here the importance lies with the optimised input forms to improve the efficiency of day-to-day trade. In an order, multiple objects such as canisters, presses and services can be listed. A driving job with all necessary papers such as the delivery note, actual driving job or consignment note etc. can be generated directly from the processing of orders. Scheduling In the scheduling module, all open orders are displayed and can be distributed amongst all the vehicles and drivers available to the dispatcher with the click of a mouse. With a clearly arranged display capacity, constraints and delivery delays can be spotted early and prevented. The integration of Microsoft MapPoint makes it possible to track routes on a map and accordingly optimise the routes or change them manually. Route planning The Euro-Green-Line administrates regular and planned routes. With the transparency of the planning, commercial and ecological aspects are at the focus of attention. Daily listings for drivers and dispatchers make resource planning, execution, as well as feedback and settlement run much more easily. Telematic With the additional module of Telematic, order data can be transmitted directly to the vehicle or driver. With the help of an integrated GPS receiver, the position of vehicles can be determined at all times. Operations log The operations log documents information on type, number, origin and whereabouts of all materials and executed services. With the use of standardised text modules, special events, incorrect information on waste and maintenance or checks can be clearly documented, displayed and printed at any time. Dynamic price fixing Dynamic price fixing helps to ensure that customers receive their periodic bills at the current dynamic price. The billing process is calculated using the current market prices as well including any handling and or special service charges. Collective trade accounting Through this module, conditions between separate disposal firms like DSD or Interseroh and customers can be managed and the costs between the different companies can be automatically divided. Rentals The rent module is a useful tool offered by Euro-Green-Line for the user, with which no rent or client agreement will be overlooked. Special agreements such as rent-free days etc. are of course taken into consideration Weighing This module can be used with nearly every popular type of electronic weighing scales. For example yard, palette and on board vehicle scales. Existing tasks as well as delivery and pickup can be weighed. Furthermore weighing with cash settlement, integrated receipt printing and transfer to petty cash and accountancy are made possible. Cash box The cash box enables you to carry out cash sales and cash payments in a simple manner. After the cash point has been opened with a starting sum of money, you can use it for acquisition and sales of stock until you close the cash point. During this time, the software automatically creates sales receipts, and the entry of taxes is applied according to governmental legal requirements. Electronic waste management system The Euro-Green-Line handles the entire communication with the ZKS waste (central co-ordinating system of waste for the country) for the user. It organises waste consignment documents and supports all information regarding registration, log book, waste calculation and waste management concepts as required by law. Load and time monitoring, as well as graded warning messaging when a certain threshold is reached, guarantee optimised functioning and a constant overview on the disposed waste amounts. If waste consignment documents are needed, the user is automatically reminded of this during the taking of an order and when completing a task. CRM With the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a typical marketing tool to ensure customer loyalty, addresses can be registered and managed quickly and efficiently. All relevant data and evaluations are easy to find. A history of sales statistics, telephone calls, s and contacts is offered as well as statistics on sales, net total and credit line. Electronic driving licence control To do simple checks, every driver s licence of your drivers is fitted with a special RFID chip. The driver then has to hold his licence in front of a terminal on a regular basis for inspection. If this does not happen because the driver has lost his licence, the supervisor or vehicle owner receives a message. Mobile signatures The mobile signature module enables a paperless signature on delivery notes through a tablet-pc. The delivery notes that were signed on the go are archived as a PDF-document, on the server, and can be accessed at all times. The mobile signature is also possible by using the eanv system. DMS Our DMS (document management system) enables the digitalisation and supervision of corporate information, regardless of whether they come in electronic or paper form. Through this process, documents can not only be archived for all workshops to access, but can be found and edited quickly and with ease anytime and anywhere. DMS is a central platform for corporate information management. If your employees spend too much time to find, copy, forward or file documents then your company may be ready for the electronic document management system. Contract management This module is used to manage sales and purchase contracts and also allows for the storage of customer specific contracts, regarding prices, quantities and length of contract. It monitors customers call orders and goods requests and the development of the specific contracts as well as the monitoring of outstanding balances. The overview and information about sales and profit margins, right down to the itemising of individual sales is available at all times. Haulage Operations By extending the contract management module with the haulage operations module, the Euro-Green-Line system enables easy brokerage of deals.
