8 Case story - YIT Case story - YIT Approx. 300 users of which 250 field technicians (Facilities Mgmt and Climate/HVAC division) of today. The rollout continues Equals eight sites today (geographically) YIT manage (FM-division) approx work orders per year. Project objective was to cut administration from 29 minutes to 17 minutes per invoice (order entry to invoice) After six months administrative time per work order was as low as 12 minutes.. I.e a saving of 17 minutes/workorder * assignments, hence hours (in theory) or 25 full time employees. Or increase volume by 20% without recruiting back-office staff Other effects are better control, transparency in the value chain, more accurate invoice specifications, rapid feedback on on-going activities, higher customer service.
