25 OUR CUSTOMER S RESPONSE SAY IT ALL Your service desk sent through orders to a personal address and also read out ALL the Tesco orders, depot by depot, product by product, so we could get our factory up and working. Yesterday we experienced an issue on site. Our Air Con failed, and consequently our server over heated and turned itself off during the night. We do have a contingency plan in place, and we have set up with yourselves, that copies of our data go through to a separate non BEF hosted account, in order for us to pull our orders off. Our planner had trouble accessing the internet and phoned your service desk for assistance. Your service desk sent through orders to his personal address and also read out ALL the Tesco orders, depot by depot, product by product, so we could get our factory up and working. This response greatly exceeded our SLA. Could you please pass our thanks on to your support team, who helped us get our factory up and working with correct data order data and allowed us to pass shipment planning information to our haulage company.
