7 GoTechnology Hub GoTechnology operates from using a hub of information where all that is taken electronically from the Engineering Data Warehouses, Fabricators and Vendors, from which the individual applications operate. This method is in accordance with the techniques given in ISO 15926, integration of life cycle data. Benefits All application s within the GoTechnology suite of GoTechnology Hub-enabled applications are fully web based allowing authorised users access from any location with an internet connection using any device compatible with modern web browsers. Each application can be used on its own, or in combination with other GoTechnology Hub applications to provide seamless integration between products and disciplines. Benefits Large-scale data changes can be performed by using Microsoft Excel format spreadsheets, including importing and exporting of all information contained in the database. Attachments to database objects can be uploaded and downloaded, for example scanned drawings can be attached to tags. Software updates and improvements are issued on a quarterly basis, ensuring our applications always contain the latest qedi software. These updates are available to all clients as part of the standard license agreement, meaning there are no extra costs to receive them. Each product has a range of options and a variety of configurations which can be defined as part of the project setup, meaning you receive a solution that works best for you. Multiple projects within the software can have their own configuration settings, providing unrivalled flexibility.

8 qedi GoTechnology Products GoCompletions is a Quality Management tool that tracks and monitors the level of progress of Completion of each piece of equipment from Design through to Operations. There are variants available for Brownfield, Greenfield, Mining and Minerals, Subsea, Pipelines, Nuclear and Decommissioning. GoPlan is a Planning Management tool that works at a low level of detail for the creation of Job Cards for preparing and executing Construction, Completions and Commissioning activities. This tool operates at Planning Levels 3 and 4, and interfaces between Primavera and GoCompletions. GoProcedures is a tool that allows Commissioning Procedures to be generated, modified, progressed and executed. It also acts as a library and storage facility for Commissioning, Start-up, Operating and Preservation Procedures. GoPreserve is an optional module within GoCompletions. This tool has been created especially for major Greenfield Projects for the generation and ongoing monitoring of preservation routines where equipment is being purchased then stored or installed for long periods prior to being energised at the Commissioning stage. In addition to the standard web-based version, qedi has developed a companion mobile app for GoPreserve for use on Android and ios devices and one for GoCompletions for use on Android devices. These devices synchronise with the GoTechnology Hub when in online mode, and then can be taken offline and used to record Preservation information in areas where connectivity is not available (e.g. on site in a remote location), before being brought back online to synchronise once again with the Hub when connectivity is restored (e.g. areas where WiFi is available).

10 GoCompletions Managing the delivery of a safe Operational Facility. GoCompletions was designed as a successor to qedi s previous Commissioning and Completions tools; GoC.Om, GoC.Pro and GoCCMS. It was developed with the aim of providing a single application for the use with both Greenfield and Brownfield projects along with an improved user experience and a stable framework for future development and expansion. The GoCompletions process includes a Completions Manual, Functional Systemisation, Mnemonics, Procedures, Certificates, a Handover Process, a Database and Training. The database is a dual web-based application that offers two options, either an ITR option for Greenfield Projects, where detailed records by tagged item are required, or a Certificate option for Brownfield modifications and shutdowns, where minimum Certification is required.

11 GoCompletions ensures that Projects achieve Start-up on schedule and gives QA/QC compliance by managing the delivery of a safe and operational facility, including the definition and recording of Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Inspection, Test, Punch Listing, Work Prioritising and System availability. Benefits In Brownfield mode the software allows multiple modifications to be applied to the same tag. This means your Completions team do not have to start from scratch building the tagged data on existing equipment and a full modifications history can be stored within the application. Benefits Integrates seamlessly with other GoTechnology Hub-enabled applications, such as GoProcedures and GoPlan. Allows detailed management and recording of equipment and certification status. Bar-coded Certification allows for quick and easy sign-off of documentation. Comes with an extensive suite of both graphical and tabular reports, allowing both clear high level views and detailed drill downs of all key information. Greenfield and Brownfield configuration options allow the choice of a solution that evolves to meet the need of the project as it progresses. Customisable Punch List Item tracking with flexible categories that mirror your project. Includes options for full control of Management of Change, Data Change Request Registers and Outstanding Work Lists. Full Preservation Toolkit available with optional GoPreserve add-on.

12 GoPlan Planning system for the Management of Construction and Commissioning Projects. GoPlan is a web-based application which interfaces with the standard Planning Programme at Level 3 and the Completions Management System at Level 5 in order to provide estimating and planning functions at Level 4 and 5. It can also be used stand-alone as a site-based Planning Management System. The new GoTechnology Hub-enabled version of GoPlan is the successor to the previous product of the same name and serves as qedi s system for resource - and activity management of Oil and Gas Projects. Building on the success and functionality of GoPlan, GoPlan seeks to incorporate this functionality within the context of GoTechnology Hub, qedi s integrated Project Management suite.

13 GoPlan is also designed to interface with other systems used in the management of projects including Primavera which is used extensively in the Oil and Gas industry for the controlling of project activity. Estimates and progress managed within GoPlan can be re-imported to Primavera, keeping the project plan up to date with the most relevant and accurate data available. While GoPlan has been designed to integrate seamlessly with other products within the GoTechnology Hub suite, the application may also be used standalone and as such offers the flexibility to meet the requirements of projects of any size and complexity. One advantage to the integration of applications within the Hub is the sharing of reference data meaning that project references entered in any application in the Hub are available to be assigned to records in other applications which share the same project. Future development will extend the crossover between applications to include the automatic creation of items within the Hub which complement and enhance the functionality between applications. Benefits Implements a bidirectional interface with Primavera, importing and exporting Level 3 data including estimates, resource allocation and progress. Benefits Collects variations to work scope, and provides reports detailing the source of variations and the changes to estimates at Level 5. Provides a breakdown of man hours by discipline or trade offering flexibility over the types of resources allocated to work. Allows the collection of progress at Levels 4 and 5 including booked hours, allowing productivity to be determined. Offers a comprehensive suite of reports giving management key status information at Levels 3, 4, and 5 at all stages of the project. Allows refinement of Level 3 estimates at Levels 4 and 5, improving the accuracy of the project plan, and offering greater insight into the source of man hour estimates. Any variations to the scope are recorded within the system and changes to the plan updated. GoPlan has a suite of reports which identify all changes to the scope and schedule resulting from variations.

14 GoProcedures Procedure Development & Implementation - Training & Reporting. Following the development of qedi s cutting edge GoTechnology Hub, qedi recognised the need for a dedicated Procedure tracking tool, which fully integrates with its new range of hub-based technologies. The result is GoProcedures. GoProcedures was designed with flexibility in mind and can be used either as a standalone web-based application or as an integrated part of the greater GoTechnology Hub. An interactive document library which stores sets of standard templates offering a choice of styles, which are pre-populated with the repetitive and generic information that is typically contained within these documents. These templates are then available for downloading, for specific information to be added then uploaded back into the library.

15 qedi s commitment to advancing technology has brought far greater functionality than one might expect; including in app editing of the procedures with a web-based word editor, detailed and graphical reporting as well as Skeleton Procedure templates for storing the structure of commonly used procedure models. GoProcedures is a fully web-accessible Procedure Development, Storage and Retrieval System which assists with the task of preparing Commissioning, Preservation, Operations and Maintenance and Decommissioning Procedures, based on tested and proven documents. Developed in response to the onerous task that Project Managers and Commissioning Managers, face at the outset of a new project when generating a suite of procedures, GoProcedures can give status and progress reports for a suite of procedures by individual procedure, responsible person and discipline. Benefits Stores details on a project s entire suite of procedures, broken down to section and sub section level, to track progress of creation and implementation of all types of procedures with fully searchable interfaces. Benefits Stores and replicates the structure and standard procedure content for various types of procedures with the use of skeleton procedures which will reduce time in creating procedures. Uses procedure complexities to enhance the estimates of required man hours to create the procedure with additional reports which calculate the staffing levels required to complete procedures on time. Uses weekly procedure progress imports which allows for S-Curve reporting of planned vs actual progress. Planned data can be based on expected staffing levels or expected completion dates for a project and individual procedures. This allows for accurate progress reports throughout a projects lifecycle. Provides a varied set of reports, which shows procedure progress broken down by disciplines, responsible engineers, and detailed procedure breakdown to sub section level. Writes procedure content in-app with the built in word editor. This allows for custom tools to access required data from other GoTechnology Hub products for improved efficiency.

We provide training for all our clients that use our GoTechnology applications to support them in the management of Completions, Commissioning and Start-up through to Brownfield maintenance and modifications in Operations. The course addresses the critical concept of delivering and maintaining Technical Integrity from Engineering Design, through the Construction and Commissioning phases. It introduces the principles of GoCompletions and demonstrates how its use can assure Technical Integrity. GoCompletions Database Course (online) The online GoCompletions Database Course has been developed to assist Certification Engineers participating in the Construction, Commissioning and Start-up of projects. This course details the use of the GoCompletions Database, where delegates shall carry out practical exercises and assessments through the use of a simulated GoCompletions environment. GoCompletions Greenfield Database Course The 2-day GoCompletions Database Course develops the expertise of Certification Engineers working in the Construction, Commissioning and Start-up of Greenfield projects. GoCompletions Brownfield Database Course The 2-day GoCompletions Database Course develops the expertise of Certification Engineers working in the Modifications, Shutdowns, Turnarounds and Maintenance of Brownfield Assets. The course details the use of the GoCompletions Database by practical online use through a training project database. Delegates shall access the GoCompletions Brownfield Database and carry out practical exercises including Data import and export; Tag input; Tag Certificate input, Allocation and Generation; Punchlists; Handover Certification and Status; Management of change; Reporting and Attachments including attaching scanned copies of ITRs. GoPlan User Course The 1 day GoPlan User Course has been developed to teach Construction and Commissioning Planning Engineers how to use the GoPlan tool. The course explains what the GoPlan tool is, what it does, how it works and how it fits within the overall Project Planning tool typically used on most projects. qedi can provide online, local and remote training courses at locations requested by the client, qedi offices or other training venues to meet delegate requirements. Courses are demand driven and can be delivered to both closed client audiences as well as mixed groups. Please note that qedi training courses are open to GoTechnology licence holders only, therefore all attendees must be authorised to attend by an approved client or licence holder.
