3 Adaptable and quick to install - an ideal solution for ramps. Invariably one of the last installations to be scheduled at an educational development, the completion of ramps with accompanying rails is usually required within a very short timescale (often within school holiday periods). Neaco s new R2R system offers a fast, reliable solution which delivers materials to site within four weeks of ordering. Offset rails can be set at any ramp angle Rail length can be adjusted to plus or minus 100mm from ramp drawings Stanchion sites can be positioned to suit It s quick and easy - all you need to do is supply a plan with the ramp s approximate length including landing and approach (to within 100mm) plus the positioning of the structure into which stanchions can be grouted.

This system meets the requirement of BS8300 that the handrail is not more than 100mm from the surface width of the ramp, with stub walls. Surface width of ramp is 1200mm. So with balustrade both sides as above an overall width of 1600mm minimum should be allowed. The clear width between handrails should be 1000mm. So with balustrade both sides as above a total ramp width of 1450mm minimum should be allowed. Rail length can be adjusted on site to ±100mm from ramp drawings. 4 week lead time for materials to site. Installation period dependent on size of project. Due to use of grout in bases rail height can be adjusted. Diamond drilling on site allows stanchions to be positioned to suit. Offset rails can be set at any angle.
