8 structure & OUR Design The advantages AS A CUSTOM BUILDER, WE ARE ABLE TO BUILD TO REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS. WAll Structure We offer a minimum of 2 x6 exterior walls with a 96 wall height with the option to upgrade to 2 x8 walls. Both sides of walls include a 3/8 OSB & a minimum insulation value of R-24. Sheathing is both glued & fastened. FLOOR STructure All floors are engineered, have tongue & groove decking, and have a solid OSB underbelly on all crawlspace models. There is a minimum insulation value of R-32. Roof Structure Laminated one-tab shingles are installed on all roofs, unless requested otherwise. Our roofs have a minimum insulation value of R-50 and include engineered trusses. Windows & Doors Triple pane, low E, & argon gas filled windows make all Grandeur homes and projects energy efficient. All windows and exterior doors are from Berdick Windows & Doors. Quality CONTRol Your home is built indoors in an controlled environment. Quality control inspections are done on each home and project to ensure all aspects are completed to a high standard.
