1 NEWSLETTER ZOOMLION CONSTRUCTION HOISTING MACHINERY ISSUE NO NEWS & EVENTS Zoomlion Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Saudi Company On January 30, Zoomlion Senior President Zhang Jianguo met with Saudi Arabia company Al Shawaf International's CEO, Mohedin Shawaf, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement between Zoomlion and Al Shawaf International, a trading company under AL BAWANI, who is one of Saudi Arabia's largest family-owned businesses, means Zoomlion has entered a new phase localization in the Saudi market. Saudi Arabia is the largest tower crane market in Middle East, and Zoomlion has enjoyed a stable lead in terms of its share of the market. However, not having a sales agent in Saudi Arabia has hindered commercial and media promotions and sales. Large spare part warehouse will be established as per the agreement, and Zoomlion will help the new partner to build a professional sales and after sales team so as to achieve the agreed marketing targets. ZOOMLION was awarded the order of supplying 15 units of TC6016A-8 tower cranes for the project.

Through several discussions, The Urban Group was very much impressed on ZOOMLION tower cranes safety features, reliability, and cost effectiveness.

2 2 JOBSITE REPORT 15 units of TC6016A-8 tower cranes are constructing the Solar System in Moscow The Urban Group, a leading construction company dedicated in house projects in Moscow undertook the Solar System construction contract, which includes residential and commercial houses, gym and school campus, etc. ZOOMLION was awarded the order of supplying 15 units of TC6016A-8 tower cranes for the project. The Urban Group decided to purchase ZOOMLION s tower crane after they visited ZOOMLION s manufacturing bases. Through several discussions, The Urban Group was very much impressed on ZOOMLION tower cranes safety features, reliability, and cost effectiveness. To prevent the cranes from interference with buildings under space constraint, all cranes were provided with Anti-Collision Device & Multi-Function Parameter Display. Moreover, strengthened mast sections was also added to the crane to achieve greater free standing height. It was expressed by the operator that the tower crane has been working very smoothly and been mechanically very steady during frequent use in the extreme weather condition. The residential and commercial house part of the project has been completed presently. The successful show of ZOOMLION s tower crane in Moscow will draw increasing attention of Russian customers on ZOOMLION. Overview of the Solar System construction project. The MTC s terminal building will be the largest in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and one of the region s most architecturally impressive structures. It is estimated to cost $2.94bn, and will have 700,000sqm of internal space, and will be visible from more than 1.5km away. The central space of the terminal building features a ceiling 52m tall at its highest point, taller than the Emirates Palace. These two heavy duty topless tower cranes will be used for dam construction site of Hydro Power Project in Himachal Pradesh.
