Below is a little example on how we operate: Evergreen Representative or Customer sends in an requesting an alternate to the original specified item to be put on their project. Within 24 hours the process will be complete: 1) Evergreen New Item and Quote will be created. 2) Submittal of that Item will be produced to get approved. 3) IES File will be created if needed.
