The flexibility of our unique system gives benefits over traditional weathering systems and are achievable on site at the installation stage. Our weathering system accommodates all types of cladding. The specially developed weathering systems have been successfully tested using accelerated weathering tests, ie heat ageing, water immersion, freeze/thaw cycling and uv light cycling by British Steel (now Corus) in relation to long term adhesion, ageing and weather-scaling performance. The company carries out all its own installations in order to keep a tight control over site procedures. Site application difficulties have been overcome by development of surface preparation agents and additives for adjusting the curing properties according to ambient conditions. Our systems allow the hole to be cut wherever the opening is required and the soaker is made to fit, regardless of the positions of crowns and troughs or profile shape. The roofing contractor does not need to take into account obstructions and can order soakers without detailed surveys or measurements. Penetrations weathered within 300mm of opening, no requirement to flash back to the ridge. We have a unique installation system for Velux and similar windows such that this type of unit can be installed in all types of roofs including low pitch roofs. A significant area of our work involves in-situ weathering. Our systems are virtually maintenance free and carry our full warranty up to a period of 25 years. 5 weathering to structures 7 Our unique inclined load bearing curb system allows Velux and similar windows to be installed in all types of low pitch roofs. This type of window normally requires a roof pitch of at least 15 deg. This image shows windows on Kingspan KS1000RT. We have successfully completed the weathering of a large number of stadia where columns, supports, ties, struts etc penetrate various cladding including composite, single skin, in plane grp rooflight areas, both roof and vertical walls. Amongst our sites are: Manchester United, Charlton Athletic, Swansea City, West Ham United, Bradford City, Walsall F.C., and Dundalk Greyhound Stadium. 6 access hatches, rooflights, roof windows, barrel vaults

We have developed systems for individual and multiple penetrations thro various cladding systems. The images show our installation at a medical facility in London. The system was fully pressure tested. The images show multiple and single weathered penetrations during testing at Windtech in Telford. 7 GRP fascias and architectural features 11 The images show more examples of GRP fascias, features, and internal GRP columns including award winning projects. GRP lends it self well to the forming of complex shapes and curves often unachievable in PPC steel or aluminium. We can offer technical advice to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and economical solution. The images show a small selection of completed contracts. The image shows a GRP entrance canopy.
