4 Standing Seam Effect & Membrane Roof Kingspan Topdek KS1000 TD Sanvey Gate Apartments, Leicester, UK (with a standing seam aesthetic) Kingspan Topdek is a single component, factory pre-engineered roof deck, comprising a high performance single-ply PVC / TPE membrane with insulation and a trapezoidal steel deck, that can eliminate the need for valley-hip and boundary wall gutters. It is suitable for flat and pitched roofs above 1:80 (0.72º) after deflection, as well as curved roof applications with a convex curve (45m radius) and concave curve (50m radius). It can double span up to 6m and is compatible with a wide range of waterproofing and green roof systems. BENCHMARK By Kingspan is a member of the Green Roof Organisation (GRO). The panels are suitable for zinc, stainless steel and aluminium standing seam waterproofing systems, and single-ply membranes. BENCHMARK Topspan provides a clear span capability of up to 8m and is faster to install than alternative built-up roof deck sytems. The panels are specifically designed for zinc, stainless steel and aluminium standing seam waterproofing systems, and single-ply membranes. BENCHMARK Roofliner is available in a large range of thicknesses, achieving a U-value as low as 0.09W/m²K and has an attractive flat internal liner profile for aesthetics.
