Benefits and Features of InstantLock We have combined all the truly beneficial scaffold features within our industry and engineered those advantages into the most EFFICIENT and SAFE scaffold product to date.
InstantLock s Trademark Safety Benefits The design addresses the most common scaffold related accidents per OSHA statistics. (Slips, Trips, Dropped Tools, Fall Arrest); Reducing time walking horizontal members. When at rest the horizontal is always locked. (Other Systems Vibrate open, InstantLock Vibrates closed)
One Step Benefits No Tools Cable Assist allows the erector to install and remove in place without traveling horizontal members Instant-Lock simplifies the entire scaffold process which helps eliminate complacency, decreasing the wear and tear on erectors, creating the safest work environment possible Less time relocating to proper anchorage points while erecting and dismantling Dismantle time vs other systems is reduced by up to 4.5x The spring connector design will rotate completely when installed properly. The wedge will rotate under the rosette preventing uplift forces and side impact dislodging. Since the spring has rotated completely during install it will allow for an easy removal of the horizontal.
Time InstantLock vs Safway - Erection Time per Horizontal by Size NextGen Safway Systems Horizontal by Length

Starter platform that would be installed then raised into position at the bull nose. Notice the use of a Central Control Box (CCB). This (CCB) controls all four motors at one time or independently so the erector can articulate the platform as needed.

The SAFEDECK Monorail System The Safedeck System has designed a new method for installing water wall panels. We have an I-beam monorail system that attaches to the SAFEDECK truss along the perimeter of the platform. This monorail can be installed within inches of the boiler walls. The boilermakers can now rig one panel a single time and move it into position versus the current method of rigging to temporary lifting lugs that are welded to the boiler wall. This new method eliminates a couple of procedures during the outage. 1. No more welding to the water wall risking cutting into the tubes. 2. No need to have someone inspect the lugs needed to rig panels 3. No more leap frogging water wall panels from rigging point to rigging point; now just one safe step.
In Conclusion: What is the SAFEDECK product? The SAFEDECK boiler system will greatly reduce man hours during erection and dismantle activities. Greatly reduces risk to erectors as compared to other scaffold systems erection and dismantle process. Allow for quicker repair during pendant tube leaks The strongest suspended truss system on the market A system that is totally compatible with Ring Lock Scaffold system One of the only suspended scaffold products that can provide 100% access to the boiler during schedule outage inspection and repair The only system with a patent pending water wall replacement monorail system Access with minimal RISK!
Conclusion NextGenScaffold Services can provide you with the most advanced scaffold products available on the market; that solve real world issues. We have increased Safety and Efficiency through Simplicity; protecting your most valuable resources, YOUR EMPLOYEES
