9 Insulated Metal Panels Mesco Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) comprise two single-skin metal panels and a foamed-in-place core interior. Our IMPs qualify as continuous insulation under the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and ASHRAE 90.1, and constantly maintain their R-value over time.
