2 INSULATION MATERIALS MANUFACTURING About us HAPRI Insulation Materials Manufacturing is one of the UAE Leading Thermal Insulation Company dealing in Polyurethane/Polyisocyanurate insulation, Pre-Insulated Ducts (PIR Ducts) and Accessories. We are also one of the leading exporters of thermal insulation to the Gulf region, India, Pakistan and some of the African countries. Hapri Insulation is under the license of HAPRI Werk Baustoff Gmbh (Germany). We are manufacturing rigid Polyurethane/Polyisocyanurate panels for the application of thermal insulation system. Our company was established in June 2003, to meet the requirements of the Middle East region, especially to concentrate more on the UAE market. Since the establishment on track, HAPRI is committed to provide best quality services, providing cost effective solutions according to customers needs, providing products matching the new and dynamic infrastructure. HAPRI products are particularly tailored to meet the necessity of local and global market Ȯur products are approved by Dubai Civil Defense, certified by Dubai Central Laboratory (Building Material Section, Dubai Municipality), Environment Friendly matching all the necessary requirement for Green Building and LEED Certification. Hapri Insulation Boards are Fire Rated and certified by Warrington Fire. HAPRI Pre-Insulated ducts are made of CFC Free Polyurethane (PUR)/Polyisocyanurate (PIR) with purely embossed aluminum of 80 micron on both sides or 80 micron on one side and 200 micron on the other side. ISO duct panels are used for air distribution in ventilation, heating and air-conditioning systems (HVAC) is available in different thickness and densities. With ISO panels, extremely high quality ducting can be achieved with the combination of aluminum and excellent insulation of PIR. What are the environmental benefits of Polyiso insulation? Polyiso insulation is an ideal choice for green building designs because it offers: Reduced fossil fuel consumption. Well-insulated buildings reduce the need for energy, thereby reducing air pollution and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Highest Thermal Efficiency Polyiso is the most thermally efficient insulation available in the marketplace, as determined using Long Term Thermal Resistance (LTTR) values, a 15 year timeweighted R-value. Zero Ozone Depletion Potential Hapri Insulation Materials Manufacturing produce rigid foam board with zero ozone-depleting blowing agents. All Polyiso products are now HCFC-free and CFC-free. Zero Global Warming Potential Hapri produced rigid foam board with zero global warming potential blowing agents. This quality is critical as the impact of climate change, or global warming, is acknowledged as a worldwide environmental concern. Recycled Content Virtually all Polyiso insulation is manufactured using recycled material. The percentage of the recycled material by weight depends on the individual manufacturer and the thickness of the product. Many facers on Hapri Polyiso products contain up to 100% recycled materials.

3 PUR/PIR PRE-INSULATED DUCT PANELS/FABRICATED DUCTS Pre-insulated Duct Panel is manufactured of CFC free closed cell Polyisocyanurate foam sandwiched between aluminum sheets, one on each side. The panel sheet later cut, shaped, fabricated and glued into different profiles to form the final duct. The duct, is later connected to other ducts via aluminum profile / PVC flanges to complete the system. TECHNICAL DETAILS OF HAPRI PIR DUCT PANELS Thickness: 20mm, 25 mm, 30mm Aluminum Facing: Embossed, Plain Aluminum Thickness: 80/80, 80/200 Density: 48-50kg/m3 (can be adjusted according to customer s requirement) Compressive Strength: 200N / mm2 Thermal Conductivity: W /m.k Flame Retardancy: B1 Friction Coefficient: Recycling Rate: 60-80% There is no Freon in ISO Ducts. So it won t destroy aerosphere. As a result of low water absorbability of ISO Duct panel, it won t bring germ in the ducts. The panel size is 1200mm (Width) and 4000mm (Length).
