Approach: Configure and implement SPS Production Manager to improve workflow and the material supply. Configure and implement use of 3D computer modeling. Link SPS Production Manager to 3D model for design and management of operations. Results: All Major milestones completed ahead of schedule mitigating major liquidated damages Reduced labor cost by more than $5 million 2,000,000 man hours without a reportable lost time accident CORBER have hit every Applicable Milestone on the scheme.
