2 Application for membership in the Tulare-Kings Counties Builders' Exchange, Inc., a non-profit corporation, is hereby made by the undersigned. If this application is duly approved, the applicant agrees to conform with the by-laws, as they are now in effect and may hereafter be amended. This application authorizes the Tulare-Kings Counties Builders' Exchange to receive credit information. All information obtained will be kept in strict confidence. In addition, such membership shall be non-cancelable for at least one year from the date of this application; and will be continued auto-matically under like terms and conditions each succeeding year thereafter, unless canceled in writing 30 days in advance of the anniversary date.
