With our aim to ease production of a good asphalt mix for road construction in complex and difficult terrains, we are now all set to cater a compact and modular asphalt batch mix plant that will begin a new era in its class. This batch mixing plant is optimized to reduce wear and maintenance, and is easily accessible. Similar dimensions and core components designed to Swiss standard to maximize performance make it top performer in small asphalt mixing plant range. The plant is designed to accommodate in 20 container making it easy to transport it in diverse and complex terrains. The basic concept already makes provision for all conceivable options, which can be retrofitted quickly and easily include a cold or hot reclaimed asphalt feed, liquid or solid additives and Ammann Foam to mention only a few. The plant overview The plant has all the systems that a regular batch type asphalt mixing plant has. It is small and compact and also built to give value for money but, it adopts all the proven and latest design principles from Ammann designs. It also offers host of options from the simplest basic plant to more sophisticated advanced version depending upon the customer needs. In addition, one can choose an optional feature of 25 mm thick cerawool insulation to cope with very cold climatic conditions. Ammann dryer offers the lowest specific fuel consumption in the market. Standard S8 burner High pressure fuel atomizing short flame and low noise fully modulating burner with automatic ignition device is a proven and efficient burner module on liquid fuels like Diesel / LDO / FO. Built in high pressure pump with multistage filtration enables tackling fuel impurities. The built in fuel meter helps monitoring the fuel consumption. Production of special of road surfaces With EcoBatch plant customers can easily produce a variety of special asphalt mixes. For example, SMA (Stone Mastic Asphalt). Cold RAP addition solutions The usability of reclaimed asphalt, or recycling, is gaining popularity today and may become necessity tomorrow. This plant is designed with provisions to incorporate different RAP processing options from Ammann s widest range of proven solutions like cold RAP feeding in elevator, Cold RAP feeding in pugmill upto 30 %. Hot Mix silo Buffer storage of hot mix has many operational advantages. It isolates the plant production from the traffic movement of tippers and plant can be run on continuous production rate for maximum efficiency and quality of mix. It also makes truck loading faster because the truck does not have to weight for all the batches to be discharged from the mixer. Optional in line silo of 50 t storage capacity with proper insulation and heated discharge gates is the best option. With no skip and no more foot print requirement the inline silo scores over the lateral silo. However, optional lateral silo is also available for some specific situations and preferences. Foreign filler addition The optional system of feeding foreign filler to the mix in controlled quantity as per recipe facilitates production of asphalt mix requiring foreign filler. The system has individual sequential weighing of reclaim filler and foreign filler as per the recipe program. The system comprises of a foreign filler silo (different sizes available as per requirement) and filler elevator to feed foreign filler to the surge bin. The surge bin has two compartments and two feed screws to feed foreign and reclaim fillers to the filler scale individually. Quick version with steel foundation This option enables easy relocation of the plant and eliminates expensive concrete foundations. Adequately designed steel foundation for Indian wind load and earth quake conditions needs a compacted and levelled ground with top load bearing capacity of 25 t/m². The control panel is also given with plugs and sockets for quick wiring. Ammann Foam system The Ammann system for production of warm asphalt to save fuel and conserve the environment. 10
