New, Compact Pressurised-Water Unit for Temperatures up to 160 C: Heat Transmission Coefficient Three Times Greater! At Fakuma, Regloplas will exhibit its completely new S-Line of pressurised-water units for temperatures up to 160 C: The new P140S pressurised-water unit for temperatures up to 140 C The new P160S pressurised-water unit for temperatures up to 160 C These two S-Line models are an innovative way to cover the lower capacity range using water for temperatures up to 160 C, in which water s heat transmission coefficient -- up to three times greater than that of oil -- is used to its full advantage. 2 Expanded Range of the Proven M-Line for Temperatures up to 180 C At Fakuma, Regloplas will present further developments to the M-Line for temperatures up to 180 C: Proven P140M pressurised-water units for temperatures up to 140 C and P160M for temperatures up to 160 C Expanded P180M for temperatures up to 180 C. These three M-Line models expand Regloplas mid-capacity range for water. All M-Line units can be equipped with a new optional no-wear, contactless flow-rate measurement system. Groundbreaking Application for the New XXL-Line Large-Capacity Water Units: Extreme Heating and Cooling Capacities with a Low-Scaling Cooling System At Fakuma, Regloplas will exhibit its completely new XXL-Line of temperature control units for temperatures up to 120 C: The P120XXL pressurised-water unit for temperatures up to 120 C using the patented SK low-scaling cooling system The 90XXL with direct cooling for use with water up to 90 C The capacity data for these units are particularly impressive (max. heating capacity 140 kw / pump capacity up to 35 m 3 /h; 8.5 bar / max. cooling capacity up to 250 KW). Today, with more than 10,000 units sold, not only has the Swiss enterprise exceeded its sales projections, but it has solidified its position in strategically critical markets by adding a large number of new customers On the first of October 2009, Regloplas will write a new chapter in its firm s history by presenting its new 300smart temperature control unit with integrated RT60 control unit. The 300smart sets itself apart with its wide range of expanded features and options: - High heating capacity of 6 kw combined with 24 kw of cooling capacity in a compact design - Specially-designed, high-tech RT60 control system with adjustable upper and lower temperature limit values and interface options - No-wear solid-state relays (standard) - Optional no-wear, contactless flow-rate measurement system Thanks to its unique price/performance ratio, this unit is an ideal alternative to conventional temperature control units for solving specific problem areas in large production facilities as well as for smaller applications.
